The Briarwood Christian School volleyball team fell to Montgomery Academy 17-25, 19-25, 18-25 in high school volleyball action Aug. 25.

Logan Nasworthy led the Lions with 12 kills in the match. Nasworthy added four blocks, three digs and one service ace.

Lauren Palmer, who finished with three blocks and three service aces, and Madison Chambers recorded two kills each.

Hope Donohue led Briarwood Christian with 12 digs. Carly Cline added 11 digs. Lizzie Baumbach finished with six digs. Adeline Reiser contributed three digs.

Georgia Muir-Taylor finished with one block in the match.
