The Montevallo High School volleyball team defeated West Blocton 25-5, 25-11, 25-15 in high school volleyball action Sept. 1.

Senior Mallory Anderson led the Bulldogs (7-0) with eight kills in the victory.

Senior Kathryn Ray added four kills and a team high 11 assists. Sophomore McKenna Anderson finished with a team-high seven service aces. Junior Sarah Hyde contributed five service aces in the match.
