-Sodomy from an unlisted location (residence, home).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from County Road 431 near Highway 25 (highway, street), Columbiana. One marijuana joint was recovered.

-Theft of property from the 2500 block of Smokey Road (other, unknown), Alabaster. Stolen was a 1-ton air conditioner valued at $2,500.

-Theft I from the 1000 block of Chedworth Ct. (residence, home), Birmingham. Stolen was a Kashmir colored sapphire 2.13 carat emerald cut ring valued at $5,800 and a diamond solitaire pendant 1 carat valued at $5,800.

-Theft of property from the 1000 block of Highway 55 (residence, home), Sterrett.

-Theft of property (fraud) from the 7000 block of Kenley Way (residence, home), Birmingham. Stolen was $10,000 in U.S. currency.

-Endangering the welfare of a child from Chelsea High School and residence (school, college), Chelsea.

-Assault from Highway 18 (service, gas station), Montevallo.

-Domestic violence and criminal mischief from the 100 block of Strickland Road (residence, home), Columbiana.

-Possession of controlled substance from the 100 block of Edgeland Road (residence, home), Vandiver. Recovered were two coffee filters with 1 gram and 1.3 grams of methamphetamine and two funnels with methamphetamine residue.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Woodbury Drive (residence, home), Sterrett. Damage in the amount of $400 was done to an outer door frame.

-Recovered property from West College Street (school, college), Columbiana.

-Theft of property from Highway 77 (residence, home), Montevallo. A check book and $180 in U.S. currency was stolen.

-Theft of property from Richard Porter Drive (residence, home), Shelby. Stolen was a bag with fishing lures, pliers and cutters valued at $55 and a trolling motor valued at $250.

-Burglary from the 5000 block of Hunt Cliff Road (residence, home), Birmingham. Damaged from forced entry was a front door frame. Stolen was a 50-inch Sanyo flat screen TV.

-Burglary from the 5000 block of Hunt Cliff Road (residence, home), Birmingham. Stolen was a 36-inch TV, a Samsung laptop, a Samsung HD camcorder, a Nikon D80 digital camera, assorted jewelry and assorted checks, all of unlisted value. Also stolen was $3,200 in U.S. currency.

-Burglary from the 5000 block of Hunt Cliff Road (residence, home), Birmingham. Stolen was a Compaq laptop, a 1TB western digital external hard drive and a high point 9mm black pistol in a case with extra magazines. The front door frame was damaged from forced entry.
