O.J. McCall, age 70, a resident of Shelby, died on Monday, Sept. 12, 2011. Funeral service will be at 11 a.m., Thursday, Sept. 15, 2011, at Bolton Funeral Home with Rev. Tom Minor officiating. Burial will follow in Spring Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 14, 2011, at the funeral home.

Mr. McCall is preceded in death by his parents, Mack and Eufuala McCall, and brothers and sisters, Bernon, Bernice, Mary, Betty, Richard and Morgan. He is survived by his wife, Judy McCall; sons, David McCall (Cynthia), Jason McCall (Lisa); grandchildren, Brittany, Wesley, Brandon, Brody and Coleton; great-granddaughter, Callie; and numerous other family and friends.
