-Damage to property from the 100 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a green 2004 Hyundai Sonata in the amount of $2,000.

-Criminal trespassing and theft of property from address unlisted (residence, home). Stolen was a GE window air conditioning unit valued at $100.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the 300 block of County Road 26 (commercial). Stolen were $20,000 in U.S. currency, two Alliant and Regions money bags valued at $20 and 11 payroll and work checks valued at $10,000.

-Theft and criminal trespass from 9029 Highway 119 (commercial). Stolen and recovered was a 1970 Chevrolet pickup valued at $7,000.

-Property damage from the 650 block of Highway 31 (restaurant). Damaged was a metal and plastic awning in the amount of $1,500.

-Information from the 1000 block of First Street North. Confiscated was a white powdery substance believed to be an illegal narcotic.

-Harassment and violation of protection from abuse order from Thompson Intermediate School (school, college).

-Harassment and violation of protection from abuse order from 152 Pebble Lane (residence, home).

-Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle from the 200 block of Wynlake Drive (residence, home).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Old Highway 31 at Cheney Lime (highway, street). Confiscated was 3.2 grams of marijuana.

-Theft of property from the 1400 block of Hill Spun Drive (residence, home). Stolen were a push mower valued at $600 and an Echo weed eater valued at $300.

-Animal bite from the 90 block of Thistle Lane (residence, home).

-Theft from the 7400 block of U.S. 31 (field, woods). Stolen was telephone cable valued at $580.

-Domestic incident from Shelby Springs Farms (residence, home).

-Theft (third degree) and breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 5100 block of U.S. 31 (department store). A black wallet was stolen.

Aug. 31

-Burglary (third degree) and theft (second degree) from the 2000 block of Village Lane (residence, home). Stolen was a Husqvarna 576 chainsaw valued at $2,200 and a Stihl 290 chainsaw valued at $410.

-Theft of services (third degree) from the 500 block of County Road 304 (other, unknown). Stolen was $401.50 in rent money.

-Found property from 90 Marketplace Circle (supermarket). Found was a pill bottle with marijuana and hash.

-Theft (second degree) from 17th Street (residence, home). Stolen were eight gold diamond rings valued at $1,500, a gold pocket watch valued at $200 and $170 in U.S. currency.

-Property damage from Interstate 65 southbound at mile-marker 230 (highway, street).

-Theft (third degree) and criminal trespass (third degree) from 18th Street (residence, home). Stolen was a lawn mower valued at $200.

-Theft (shoplifting, third degree) from 5100 U.S. 31 (department store). Recovered was hair styler valued at $15.98.

-Throwing, shooting deadly or dangerous missile into vehicle from the 5600 block of Spring Creek Road (highway, street), Montevallo. Damaged was a 2000 Ford Expedition.

-Criminal mischief third degree and unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from Alabama Street and Vine Street. Damaged was a 1996 Ford F-150 valued at $100.

-Theft of property from the 3300 block of Pelham Parkway (drug store). Stolen were Folger’s Classic valued at $14, Gain detergent valued at $5, Axe body spray valued at $5, S35 SGL Cara valued at $10, Dove body wash valued at $7, Pantene shampoo valued at $6 and a Marlboro 100 count valued at $45.

-Property damage from Interstate 65 at Alabama 119 (highway, street). Damaged was a passenger side front quarter panel in the amount of $250 and a passenger side headlight in the amount of $100.

-Burglary from the 500 block of Creekview Drive (residence, home). Damaged were window screens in the amount of $50, an Xbox power supply in the amount of $50 and speaker cables in the amount of $20.

-Miscellaneous information from 222 Highway 33 (other, unknown). Confiscated were a .40-caliber Beretta model 8040, two .40-caliber Beretta magazines, 10 .40-caliber S&W Winchester rounds and nine .40-caliber S&W CBC rounds.

-Assault and criminal mischief from Patera’s at 2846 Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage). Damaged were a front windshield in the amount of $400 and a front driver’s side window in the amount of $300.

-Burglary from the Little Mountain Apartments (residence, home). Stolen was a Phillips DVD player valued at $350, a Sharp CD player valued at $150, a black leather motorcycle jacket valued at $400 and a red and black motorcycle helmet valued at $200.

-Harassing communications from the 2000 block of Little Mountain Circle (residence, home).

-Assault and criminal mischief from Patera’s at 2846 Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a front windshield in the amount of $400 and a front driver’s side window in the amount of $300.

-Theft of property from 2101 Pelham Parkway (drug store). Stolen were a carton of Marlboro reds valued at $49, a carton of Marlboro lights valued at $49, Revlon mascara valued at $9 and Almay eye shadow valued at $7.

-Suspicious person from 310 Opportunity Drive (school, college). Recovered was a light blue latex glove.

-Domestic violence from the 500 block of Creekview Lane (residence, home).

-Burglary from Gordo’s at 2367 Pelham Parkway (other, unknown). Damaged was a front glass window in the amount of $200 and stolen were two beige metal filing cabinets valued at $100.

-Burglary from the 100 block of Business Center Drive (commercial). Damaged was front door glass in the amount of $300, and stolen were a Century safe valued at $200 and $200 in U.S. currency.

-Property damage from the entrance of Trail Ridge Drive (highway, street). Damaged were a back bumper of a 2000 Buick LeSabre in the amount of $500 and the right rear quarter panel of a 2000 Buick LeSabre in the amount of $500.
