-Discharge of a firearm from the 14000 block of Highway 55 (highway, street), Sterrett.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 0-100 block of Peavine (residence, home), Alabaster.

-Domestic investigation from the 10000 block of Highway 42 (residence, home), Shelby.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Old Barn Road (residence, home), Montevallo.

-Death investigation and forced entry of residence from the 8700 block of Highway 47 (residence, home), Shelby.

-Transmitting obscene material to a child by computer from the 2000 block of Cahaba Valley Road (residence, home), Indian Springs.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and illegal possession of prescription drugs from Missionary Ridge Road at Brook Highland Parkway (highway, street), Birmingham. Thirteen pills were recovered.

Sept. 2

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 100 block of Oakmont Road (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and fraudulent use of a debit card from the 11000 block of Kenley Way (parking lot, garage), Birmingham. Stolen were small purse valued at $40, a wallet valued at $10 and several identification cards.

-Theft of property II from the 0-100 block of Barnett Street (residence, home), Montevallo.

-Identity theft from the 6200 block of Beaver Brook Cove (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Burglary from the 200 block of Oakmont Road (residence, home), Birmingham. Damaged was a rear door.

-Theft of property from the 1600 block of Highway 277 (residence, home), Helena. Stolen was a 2001 Nissan Xterra.

-Miscellaneous information from Brookwood Hospital (parking lot, garage), Birmingham.

-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 100 block of Lake Drive (residence, home), Shelby.

-Failure to pay for gas from the 4100 block of County Road 47 (service, gas station), Shelby. Stolen was 20.6 gallons of unleaded gas valued at $74.22.

-Recovered property from the 900 block of Copena Drive (residence, home), Pelham. Recovered was a Toshiba satellite.

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Dorough Road (residence, home), Columbiana.

-Civil dispute from the 0-100 block of Bonnse Blue Lane (residence, home), Columbiana.

-Assault from the 100 block of Inverness Lane (parking lot, garage), Birmingham.

-Trespassing from the 100 block of Meadowgreen Drive (residence, home), Montevallo.

-Assault from the 400 block of County Road 223 (residence, home), Montevallo.

-Harassment from the 1500 block of Highway 70 (service, gas station), Columbiana.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the Asbury Church parking lot on Highway 119 (parking lot, garage), Birmingham. Recovered were a plastic bag containing a green leafy substance believed to be 3 grams of marijuana, a pill bottle containing a green leafy substance believed to be 11 grams of marijuana, a set of scales and a bottle top with socket used to smoke marijuana.

-Assault from the 0-100 block of Sarge Drive (residence, home), Montevallo.

-Harassment from the 0-100 block of Sarge Drive (residence, home), Montevallo.

Sept. 3

-Theft of property from the 0-100 block of Homeland Way (residence, home), Montevallo. Stolen were 30 5mg Diazepam tablets and 30 150mg Trazodone tablets.

-Domestic investigation from Springfield Drive (residence, home), Chelsea.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 5100 block of Stonecrest Drive (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Death investigation from the 7000 block of Highway 61 (residence, home), Wilsonville.

-Domestic violence 3rd (reckless endangerment) from the 22000 block of Highway 25 (highway, street).

-Structure fire from the 4100 block of Highway 22 (residence, home), Montevallo. A house was damaged.

-Miscellaneous information from the 700 block of Key Drive (restaurant), Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 2000 block of Craswell Road (residence, home), Harpersville. Recovered was a Kenmore upright freezer valued at $400.

-Miscellaneous information from the 1500 block of Highway 70 (service, gas station), Columbiana.

-Property damage from the 0-100 block of McClure Drive (highway, street), Wilsonville. Damaged were the rear passenger door and rear quarter panel and bumper of a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee.

-Domestic investigation from Highway 25 in the vicinity of Great Pine Road (highway, street), Leeds.

-Missing person from the 400 block of Sunset Lake Circle (residence, home), Chelsea.

-Civil dispute from the 2500 block of Willowbrook Circle (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Assault from the 8100 block of Highway 155 (residence, home), Montevallo.

-Domestic investigation from the 0-100 block of Dubose Drive (residence, home), Montevallo.

Sept. 4

-Burglary from the 1300 block of Narrows Point Bend (residence, home), Birmingham. Stolen was an air compressor valued at $200. Damage valued at $75 was done to a window screen.

-Minor in possession of alcohol and public intoxication from the 1800 block of Highway 30 (residence, home), Columbiana.

-Theft of property from the 6000 block of Chelsea Road (residence, home), Chelsea. Stolen were a DeWalt 12-inch miter saw valued at $300 and a Rigid 10-inch miter saw valued at $200.

-Miscellaneous information from the 16000 block of U.S. 280 (parking lot, garage), Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous information from the intersection of Highway 139 and Highway 25 (other, unknown), Montevallo. Recovered was a cake vending machine.

-Found property from the 900 block of Shoal Run Trail (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief (third degree) from the 1800 block of Highway 30 (residence, home), Columbiana. Damage in the amount of $100 was done to a broken window.

-Miscellaneous information from the 4600 block of U.S. 280 (other, unknown), Birmingham.

-Harassing communications from the 2300 block of Smokey Road (residence, home), Alabaster.

-Assault from the 3400 block of Altadena Rise (parking lot, garage), Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous information from the 56000 block of Highway 25, Leeds.

-Leaving premises of gasoline sales (service, gas station), Westover. Stolen was $48.60 in gasoline.

-Domestic investigation from the 3500 block of Highway 93 (residence, home), Helena.

-Carrying concealed weapon and public intoxication from the 3500 block of Highway 22, Montevallo. Recovered were a Smith & Wesson 40-caliber pistol and a Bryco .380-caliber pistol.

-Miscellaneous information from the 300 block of Lilly Drive (residence, home), Sterrett.

-Property damage from the 8500 block of Old Highway 280 (highway, street), Chelsea. Damage in the amount of $50 was done to the front bumper and undercarriage of a 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix.

-Domestic investigation from the 1600 block of Shoal Run Trail (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Property damage from the 100 block of Highway 101 (residence, home), Sterrett.

-Property damage from Highway 25 near Highway 8 (highway, street), Wilton. Damaged was the windshield of a 2005 Ford Ranger.

-Violation of protection order from Woodbrook Trail (residence, home), Alabaster.

-Domestic investigation from Diamond Lane (residence, home), Montevallo.

-Harassing communication from Deer Run Road (residence, home), Alabaster.

-Theft of property from the 16000 block of U.S. 280 (department store), Chelsea. Stolen were three beauty products valued at less than $100.

-Theft of property from the 16000 block of U.S. 280 (department store), Chelsea. Stolen was $60 in U.S. currency.

-Miscellaneous information from Monte Verde Lane (residence, home), Montevallo.

-Criminal mischief from the 1000 block of Paradise Cove Lane (commercial), Wilsonville. Damaged valued at $1,200 was done to three big windows, damage valued at $150 was done to a small window. A wall was spray painted.

-Criminal mischief from the 0-100 block of Bills Hills Drive (residence, home), Shelby.

-Minor in consumption of alcohol from the 16000 block of U.S. 280 (highway, street).

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of West Brock Lane (residence, home), Westover. Damage in the amount of $4,500 was done to an A/C unit.

-Domestic violence (assault) from Cahaba Valley Road at Caldwell Mill Road (highway, street).

-Domestic violence (harassment) from Jones Lane (residence, home), Montevallo.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 200 block of Griffin Lake Drive (residence, home), Chelsea.

-Attempted theft of property from Coalmont Road at Highway 270 (field, woods).

-Theft of property and burglary from the 600 block of Hebb Road (residence, home), Wilsonville. Stolen were a Glenfield model 60 .22-caliber semiautomatic, a Winchester model 94 22 mag lever action, a New England Arms 20-guage single barrell, a SKS 7.62X39 and a Browning 7mm mag bar semiautomatic.

-Installing an eavesdropping devise from the 100 block of Lime Creek Lane (residence, home), Chelsea.

-Theft of property 2nd from the 2600 block of Highway 39 (residence, home), Chelsea. Stolen was an A/C unit valued at $2,400.

-Burglary from the 1900 block of Setco Mine Road, Maylene. Damaged were a steel door and chainlink fence.

-Miscellaneous report (property damage) from the 11000 block of Highway 17 (residence, home), Montevallo. Damaged were the hood and windshield of a 2011 Toyota Tundra.

-Harassing communications from the 300 block of Highway 19 (residence, home), Montevallo.

-Theft of property from Vantana Drive (residence, home), Columbiana. Stolen was a white gold ring (size 5.5) valued at $150.

-Disorderly conduct from Kirkpatrick Concrete at 1280 Westover Road (field, woods).

-Domestic investigation from the 300 block of Willow Leaf Circle (residence, home), Wilsonville.

-Miscellaneous information from Chelsea Middle School (school, college), Chelsea.

-Domestic investigation from the 10000 block of Highway 55 (residence, home), Westover.

-Fraudulent use of a debit card from U.S. 280 (bank), Birmingham. Stolen through three withdrawls was $500 in U.S. currency.

-Hazmat (explosives found) from the 9500 block of Highway 51 (residence, home), Westover. Recovered were approximately 30 Kinepak nitromethane tubes and 30 Kinepak ammonia nitrate tubes.

-Property damage from Highway 25 in the area of Persimmon Lane (highway, street), Columbiana. Damaged was a 2004 Ford Mustang.

-Structure fire investigation from the 300 block of Hillsdale Drive (residence, home), Columbiana.

-Death investigation from the 0-100 block of Howard Branch Road (residence, home), Sterrett.

-Criminal possession of forged instrument from an unknown location on Smokey Road (residence, home and service, gas station), Alabaster. Forged were three $100 bills.

-Domestic investigation from Surry Lane (residence, home), Birmingham. Recovered were 35mm pictures of self-inflicted scratches.

-Harassing communications from County Road 469 (residence, home), Sterrett.

-Violation of protection order from the 1600 block of Crenshaw Road (residence, home), Columbiana.

-Driving under the influence of alcohol from the intersection of County Road 39 and County Road 69 (highway, street), Chelsea.

-Theft of property from the 4200 block of Ashington Drive (parking lot, garage), Birmingham. Stolen was Aerotech paint spray valued at $700.

-Death investigation from Primrose Lane (lake, waterway), Shelby.

-Identity theft from the 300 block of Chesser Park Drive (residence, home), Chelsea.

-Burglary from Heatherbrook Road (residence, home), Birmingham. Stolen were Toshiba 32-inch TV valued at $400, a Panosonic 58-inch TV valued at $3,200, a Vizio 42-inch TV valued at $688 and an Acer laptop computer valued at $400.

-Burglary from Heatherbrook Road (residence, home), Birmingham. Stolen were a Playstation 3 with five games valued at $550, four watches, Gucci sunglasses valued at $300, Dior sunglasses valued at $250 and Prada sunglasses valued at $250.

Sept. 8

-Burglary from the 2400 block of Spring Field Loop W. (residence, home), Birmingham. Stolen was a 32-inch Sony flat screen TV valued at $450.

-Child abuse from the 800 block of Smokey Road (residence, home), Alabaster.
