The Evangel Christian School volleyball team swept The Rock Christian School 25-6, 25-18, 25-12 in high school volleyball action Sept. 15.

Kierson McGriff led the Lightning with 15 kills in the victory. McGriff also recorded five digs and a service ace.

Elizabeth Ragland added seven kills, two service aces and three digs. Kate Foster registered five kills, two service aces and two digs to go along with a team-high 13 assists.

Erica Williams finished with four kills and four service aces. Erin Morris contributed one kill, one block, three digs and 11 assists. Bethany Letson recorded two service aces and one assist.
