Oak Mountain sweeps Vestavia Hills

The Oak Mountain High School volleyball team swept Vestavia Hills 25-20, 25-10, 25-22 in high school volleyball action Sept. 20.
Emily Cosgrove led the Eagles with nine kills in the victory. Cosgrove also recorded six digs, five blocks and two service aces.
Hannah Kowal added eight kills, two blocks and two service aces. Abbie Borque finished with six kills. Hannah Beach contributed two kills and two blocks to go along with a team-high 21 assists.
