Carl H. Schultze, age 80, a resident of Chelsea, died on Monday, Sept. 26, 2011. Funeral services will be 1 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 29, 2011, at Bolton Funeral Home with Father Joseph Culotta officiating. Visitation will be from noon-1 p.m. prior to the service.

He was a member of the St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church, Birmingham Power Squadron, the Chelsea Kiwanis club and the Chelsea COP (Citizens on Patrol).

Mr. Schultze is preceded in death by his wife, Rosemary Schultze, and parents, Adolf and Ottilie Schultze. He is survived by his daughter, Cindy Capell (Bob); grandchildren, Laura Capell (Scott Reinke), Brian Capell (Paige) and other family and friends.
