The Pelham High School volleyball team dropped an Alabama High School Athletic Association Class 6A, Area 10 to Hoover 19-25, 23-25, 25-11, 18-25 in high school volleyball action Sept. 27.

Dana Allen led the Panthers (26-15) with 11 kills in the match. Allen also recorded seven digs.

Porsha Tolbert contributed seven kills and 11 digs. Caitland Smith finished with a team-high seven blocks.

Syndey Days registered 16 digs and a team-high 26 assists in the match.
