-Burglary and theft of property from the 1400 block of Willow Creek Place (residence, home). Stolen was a Glock pistol valued at $500.

Sept. 13

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana from the 1400 block of Heather Lane (field, woods). Confiscated was a white round pill identified as methadone and a green leafy substance wrapped in a cellophane bag believed to me marijuana.

-Assault on a police officer from the 1400 block of Heather Lane (field, woods).

-Found property from the 800 block of Windsor Court (residence, home). Recovered was a Samsung cell phone.

Sept. 14

-Abandoned vehicle from 10019 Highway 119 (school, college).

-Harassment from the 300 block of Dogwood Trail (highway, street).

-Damage to property from the 1000 block of Windsor Court (residence, home). Damaged was a rear bumper in the amount of $500.

-Burglary and theft of property from 10617 (residence, home). Stolen was copper valued at $2,000 and damaged were two exterior metal doors in the amount of $200.

-Driving under the influence from First Avenue West (highway, street).

-Criminal mischief from the 20 block of Cedar Grove mobile home park (residence, home). Damaged was a utility building door in the amount of $100.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Horseshoe Circle (residence, home). Damaged was a door frame in the amount of $50.

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence assault from the 100 block of Buck Creek Plaza (parking lot, garage).

-Chemical endangerment to a child and possession of marijuana from the 1800 block of Woodbrook Trail (residence, home). Confiscated was a substance believed to be marijuana and 30 pills of hydrocodone.

-Unauthorized use of a vehicle from the 100 block of Airview Lane (other, unknown).

Sept. 16

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Thompson Intermediate School (school, college). Confiscated was a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana and a pack of white rolling papers.

-Burglary III and criminal mischief III from Creek Run Way (residence, home).

-Theft (shoplifting) III from the 5100 block of U.S. 31 (department store). Miscellaneous clothing items valued at $48.60 were stolen.

-Missing person(s) from the 100 block of Ivy Trace (restaurant).

-Theft (shoplifting) III from the 5100 block of U.S. 31 (department store). Stolen were three Maybelline cosmetics items valued at about $30.

Sept. 13

-Breaking and entering of a vehicle and theft II from the 8200 block of U.S. 31 (highway, street). Stolen were a brown wallet and two debit/credit cards.

-Property damage from the 1000 block of Valhalla Way (highway, street). Damaged were the the right rear taillight and bumper on a white 2009 Chevy Tahoe.

-Criminal mischief III from 10317 County Road 22 (parking lot, garage). Damage valued at $500 was done to a white 2004 Chevy Silverado.

-Theft (shoplifting) III from the 5100 block of U.S. 31 (department store). Stolen and recovered was miscellaneous merchadise valued at $75.20.

-Criminal mischief III from the 2000 block of Kerry Circle (residence, home). Damage valued at $50 was done to a mailbox.

-Negotiating a worthless instrument from the 7000 block of Highway 25 (bank), Montevallo. Stolen was a bad check from Royal Bank of Canada in the amount of $30,000.

-Theft (shoplifting) III from the 5100 block of U.S. 31 (department store). Stolen and recovered was PC software valued at about $40.

-Domestic violence III from 21st Avenue (residence, home).

-Possession of marijuana II from Commercial Park Drive (highway, street). Recovered was a bag of green leafy substance.

-Incident from U.S. 31 at County Road 67 (highway, street).

-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Hidden Creek Lane (residence, home), Montevallo.

Sept. 14

-Burglary III and theft III from the 100 block of Summerchase Parkway (residence, home). Stolen were a Kodak digital camera valued at $185 and a Dell laptop valued at $200.

-Incident from Daventry Drive (residence, home).

-Theft II from the 800 block of 10th Street (other, unknown). Stolen were a wallet, social security card, miscellaneous credit/debit cards and a checkbook.

-Burglary II and theft III from Stonebriar Drive (residence, home). Stolen was a lawnmower valued at $150.

-Disorderly conduct from 720 County Road 87 (convenience store).

-Property damage from Interstate 65 at the 228 mile-marker (highway, street). Damage in the amount of $1,000 was done to the front end of a red 2000 Chevy Corvette.

-Theft III from the 1700 block of 21st Avenue (residence, home). Stolen was a black BMX Mongoose valued at $300.

-Domestic violence III and reckless endangerment from County Road 22 at George Roy Parkway (highway, street).

Sept. 15

-Domestic incident from the 1400 block of County Road 304 (residence, home).

-Incident from Interstate 65 at mile-marker 232 (highway, street).

-Theft (shoplifting) III from the 5100 block of U.S. 31 (department store). Stolen were back valued at $24.96, smoked sausage valued at $6.94, smoked sausage valued at $13.58, toilet paper valued at $1.64, douche valued at $2.48, chicken wings valued at $14.04 and cleaner valued at $3.47.

-Property damage from the 100 block of Enclave Drive (residence, home). Damaged was the windshield on a black 2002 Honda Accord.

Sept. 16

-Property damage from the 13000 block of Highway 25 (highway, street). Damage was done to a white 2003 BMW 330CI.

-Theft III from the 300 block of 11th Street (residence, home). Stolen was a city garbage can valued at $70.

-Theft III from Nottingham Drive (residence, home). Stolen were a dress and miscellaneous shorts valued at $142 and $125 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of lost property III from 5100 Supercenter Drive (department store).

-Identity theft from McAllister Drive (other, unknown).

-Receiving stolen property from the 800 block of 6th Avenue (residence, home). Stolen was AT&T telephone cable of numerous sizes and lengths valued at $28,585.63.

Sept. 17

-Burglary III and theft II from the 1000 block of 14th Street (other, unknown). Damaged were an interior door frame and lock to auto repair shop valued at $150 and a aluminum storage building door valued at $200. Stolen were an Apple laptop computer valued at $600 and a computer tower valued at $200.

-Hit and run (collision with an unattended vehicle) from 169 Supercenter Drive (parking lot, garage).

-Domestic incident from the 300 block of 17th Street (residence, home).

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from 10380 Highway 25 (service, gas station). Recovered was a glass container with green leafy residue.

Columbiana

Sept. 14

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from the 21000 block of Highway 25 (parking lot, garage). Recovered were a syringe and burnt soda can used to melt drugs.

Sept. 21

-Criminal trespassing from the 100 block of Magnolia (residence, home).

-Theft of property and burglary from Seales Drive (residence, home). Stolen was a S.S. 4’ barrel Colt Python .357 Magnum revolver valued at $1,000.

Sept. 22

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from the 400 block of Highway 70 (residence, home). Recovered were two pipes used for smoking drugs.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 21000 block of Highway 25 (department store). Recovered were two white pills marked “M358” and a syringe and spoon.

Sept. 23

-Fraudulent use of a debit/credit card from the 200 block of West College Street (supermarket). Stolen was $80 from an Alabama EBT Food Stamp card.

-Carrying a concealed weapon from Egg & Butter Road (residence, home). Recovered was a KWP Air Soft pistol valued at $40.

Sept. 24

-Assault from the 700 block of Highway 70 (other, unknown).

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 70 (highway, street). Recovered was a glass pipe used for smoking drugs.

Sept. 20

-Natural death from the 1900 block of Highway 280.

-Suspicious person from Rosa Drive.

Sept. 12

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 100 block of Rocky Ridge Drive (residence, home). Confiscated were four plastic bottles with residue.

-Harassing communications from the 5100 block of Shamrock Drive (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 5500 block of Roy Drive (residence, home). Stolen was a Tarpon brand mountain bike valued at $419.99 and a bicycle water bottle valued at $14.99.

-Identity theft from the 100 block of Chestnut Forest circle (residence, home). Forged was a Regions Bank transaction in the amount of $2,062.

-Criminal mischief from the 800 block of Old Laurel Woods Cove (residence, home). Damaged was a window shutter in the amount of $100.

-Theft of property third degree from the 10 block of Tomlyn Road (residence/home). Stolen was $50 in U.S. currency.

-Found property from the 4800 block of Highway 25 (parking lot/garage). Recovered were purple flower-print lady’s wallet valued at $10, Alabama driver’s license valued at $0, Shell gas station gift card valued at $0 and Wells Fargo debit card valued at $0.

-Possession of burglar’s tools and public intoxication from the 500 block of Overland Road (residence/home). Recovered were 1992 Ford Mustang valued at $1,000, pocket knives valued at $50, sunglasses valued at $50, Kyocera cell phone valued at $25, flashlights valued at $10, pliers valued at $5 and mix CDs valued at $5.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle (no theft or damage) from the 100 block of Town Lane (residence/home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property third degree from the 100 block Town Lane (residence/home). Stolen were small pair of gold frame sunglasses valued at $10 and various music CDs valued at $1.

-Possession of a forged instrument second degree and attempt to commit a controlled substance crime from the 4000 block of Highway 25 (parking lot/garage). Recovered were silver-colored brass knuckles valued at $20, prescription forms valued at $0 and personal notebook valued at $0.

Sept. 10

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Huntley Parkway (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a Husqvarna 570 chainsaw valued at $400 and a Remington 11-87 semi-auto shotgun valued at $1,000.

Sept. 12

-Theft of property and fraudulent use of a credit card from the Walmart Supercenter at 2181 Pelham Parkway (commercial). Stolen was a Regions Visa debit card, a Wells Fargo debit card, $12 in U.S. currency and a Tracfone cell phone valued at $30.

-Miscellaneous information from an unknown address in California (residence, home).

-Criminal possession of a forged instrument and theft of property from the 3100 block of Pelham Parkway (bank). Stolen was $1,976 in U.S. currency and confiscated were two forged checks.

-Sex offender registration – bi-annual from the 4000 block of Saddle Run (residence, home).

-Theft of property and criminal mischief from the 200 block of Carl Nichols Drive (residence, home). Damaged was a steering column and stolen was a folder containing a vehicle title, proof of insurance and bill of sale valued at $20.

-Property damage – vehicle from the Home Depot at 3191 Pelham Parkway (other, unknown). Damaged was the hood and passenger front quarter panel of a vehicle in the amount of $1,000.

Sept. 15

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Green Park South (residence, home). Damaged was a glass window pane in the amount of $300.

-Outside agency assist – law enforcement from County Road 52 Easy at Home Depot (highway, street).

-Harassing communications from the 500 block of Wild Ridge Circle (residence, home).

-Trafficking methamphetamine from Interstate 65 southbound at 242 mile marker (highway, street). Recovered was a sealed manilla envelope containing approximately 28 grams valued at $1,200.

-Property damage – city vehicle from the 3300 block of County road 36 (other, unknown). Damaged was a 2008 Ford Crown Victoria in the amount of $100.

-Theft of lost property from Captain D’s Seafood at 420 Cahaba Valley Road (commercial). Stolen was a wallet and contents valued at $20, a Regions Bank Visa debit card, a Home Depot credit card, a bank of America Visa card, a PNC Bank Mastercard, a Sears Discover card and an Alabama driver’s license valued at $23.

-Discharging firearm from Pelham Parkway north of Bojangles restaurant (field, woods).

-Unexplained lost property from the 3000 block of Pelham Parkway (other, unknown). Reported missing was a Taurus .357-caliber handgun.

Sept. 17

-Damage to property from the 245 mile marker of Interstate 65 south (highway, street). Damaged was a 2008 black Honda CRV in the amount of $1,200.

-Miscellaneous information from the 2800 block of Pelham Parkway (commercial).

-Driving under the influence of alcohol from Cahaba Valley Road at Interstate 65 (highway, street).

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Cahaba Valley Road (bar). Stolen was an Alabama tag valued at $10.

-Theft of property from 150 Cahaba Valley Road (parking lot, garage). Stolen was an Alabama license valued at $75 and an unknown amount of coins.

-Domestic violence from the 3200 block of Davenport Street (residence, home).

-Domestic violence from the 3200 block of Davenport Street (residence, home).

-Damage to city property and criminal mischief from Stonehaven Trail at Walker Way (highway, street). Damaged was a street sign for Stonehaven Trail and Walker Way and a speed limit sign on Stonehaven Trail just past Walker Way.

-Driving under the influence of alcohol from Pelham Parkway at Valleydale Road (highway, street).

Sept. 18

-Property damage from Interstate 65 south at the 244 mile marker (highway, street). Damaged was a front bumper of a 2005 Scion in the amount of $500.

-Miscellaneous information from the areas of Stonehaven and Heather Ridge (residence, home).

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Stonecliff Circle (residence, home). Damaged was an exterior door, garage door, siding, patio furniture and a concrete driveway in the amount of $300.
