Virginia K. Armstrong, age 71, a resident of Wilsonville, died on Tuesday, Sept. 27, 2011. Funeral services will be 11:30 a.m., Thursday, Sept. 29, 2011 at First Baptist Church of Columbiana with Rev. Mike Miller and Rev. Bill Jackson officiating. Visitation will be from 10:30-11:30 a.m. prior to the service at the church.

Mrs. Armstrong is preceded in death by her son, Scott Armstrong. She is survived by her husband, Donald Armstrong; son, David Shane Armstrong; sister, Patricia Weldon; brother, Reginal Kendrick; and other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
