The Oak Mountain High School volleyball team swept Thompson 25-16, 25-12, 25-11 in an Alabama High School Athletic Association Class 6A, Area 10 match Sept. 28.

Junior Hannah Kowal led the Eagles with 11 kills in the victory.

Junior Emily Cosgrove added eight kills and five blocks. Senior Marisa Reese contributed a team-high 10 digs.

Sophomore Hannah Beach recorded a team-high 19 assists in the match.
