Richard Wade Dennis, 55, of Montevallo passed away Thursday, Sept. 29, 2011 at his residence. Mr. Dennis was preceded in death by his father, “Shoe Man” Dennis; brother, Bart Dennis; and sister, Shelby DiMaggio. He is survived by his wife, Sheila Dennis; mother, Betty Dennis; sons, Shane Dennis (Kristinna), Mack Frye (Mandy); daughter, Haley Dennis; brothers, Mike (Robin), Shawn (Robyn), Troy Dennis (Connie); two grandchildren, Hayden and Cole. Mr. Dennis was a loving husband, dad and granddad. He served in the U.S. Air Force and owner of Dennis Tree Service for many years.

Visitation will be held at Rockco Funeral Home, Montevallo, Saturday, Oct. 1, 2011 from 5-8 p.m. Graveside services will be at Macedonia Cemetery, Sunday, Oct. 2, 2011 at 2 p.m. with Bro. Gary Goggins officiating. Rockco Funeral Home, Montevallo directing. Rockcofuneralhomes.com.
