The Kingwood Christian School defeated Eastwood Academy 25-14, 8-25, 25-11, 25-22 in high school volleyball action Oct. 3.

Casey Whitmer led the Lions with 11 kills in the victory. Whitmer also posted three service aces and four blocks.

Katie McElroy added two kills, five service aces and a team-high eight digs. Karley Chamblee registered four service aces and a team-high 19 assists.
