Sept. 23

-Burglary from the 7100 block of Chelsea Road (parking lot, garage), Chelsea. Stolen were two small blocks of solid steel valued at $100, two cast iron wheels valued at $1,000 and a small roll of solid steel valued at $50.

-Theft of property from the 6900 block of Lyndon Drive (residence, home), Birmingham. A wallet, two credit cards and $100 in U.S. currency was stolen.

-Theft of property from the 5000 block of Chelsea Road (residence, home), Columbiana. Stolen were an iron bathtub valued at $600 and a set of iron fireplace tools valued at $100.

-Burglary from the 100 block of 2nd Avenue (residence, home), Shelby. Two music CDs and a cell phone charger were stolen.

-Identity theft from the 200 block of Highway 69 (residence, home), Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous information from Caldwell Mill Road at Indian Crest Road (highway, street). A 2005 Dodge Caravan was damaged.

-Promoting prison contraband from 380 McDow Road (Shelby County Jail), Columbiana. Recovered were seven rolled cigarettes in a book cover.

-Theft of property (shoplifting) from U.S. 280 (supermarket), Chelsea. Baby formula valued at $22.88, a pacifier valued at $3.74, a toy remote control valued at $9 and a baby costume valued at $9.98 were recovered.

-Harassment from 10510 Highway 71 (Chelsea High School), Chelsea.

-Discharge of duty weapon from the 9800 block of Bear Creek Road (highway, street), Sterrett.

-Promoting prison contraband from 380 McDow Road (Shelby County Jail), Columbiana. A hand-rolled tobacco pouch was recovered.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 1000 block of Altadena Rise (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Missing person from the 100 block of Wisteria Drive (residence, home), Chelsea.

-Criminal mischief from the 10000 block of Highway 55 (residence, home), Westover.

-Missing person (juvenile runaway) from Shore Front Lane (residence, home), Wilsonville.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 4000 block of Heatherbrooke Road (residence, home), Birmingham.

Sept. 24

-Arson from the 4000 block of Cross Grove Circle (residence, home), Birmingham. Approximately 20 feet of a privacy fence was burned and destroyed.

-Driving under the influence of alcohol and minor in consumption of alcohol from U.S. 280 at Brookhighland Plaza (highway, street), Birmingham.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Brook Highland Parkway at Missionary Ridge (highway, street), Birmingham. Recovered was 10.5 grams of marijuana in a plastic bag.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Two Lakes Trail (residence, home), Columbiana. A weedeater valued at $300 was stolen.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from the 100 block of Woodland Lane (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from U.S. 280 at County Road 47 (highway, street), Chelsea.

-Burglary from the 200 block of Oakmont Road (residence, home), Birmingham. Stolen were an XBOX 360 valued at $240, a Nintendo Wii valued at $200, 50 XBOX and Wii games valued at $1,000 and an Ibanex SG Guitar valued at $800.

-Criminal trespass from Sullivan Drive (residence, home), Chelsea.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 200 block of Stonecrest Drive (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Promoting prison contraband from 380 McDow Road (Shelby County Jail), Columbiana. A cigarette was recovered.

-Criminal mischief from the 1000 block of Paradise Cove Lane (residence, home), Wilsonville.

-Minor in consumption of alcohol from Brook Highland Parkway at Missionary Ridge (highway, street), Birmingham.

-Driving under the influence from U.S. 280 at Chelsea Park Drive (highway, street), Chelsea.

-Public intoxication from the 500 block of Elvira Road (highway, street), Helena.

-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 300 block of Depot Street (residence, home), Wilton.

Sept. 25

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana from the 4700 block of U.S. 280 (highway, street), Birmingham. Recovered were 27.3 grams of marijuana in a baggie, a 10mg Hydrocodone pill, two 2mg yellow Xanax pills, four 2mg white Xanax pills and six 5mg Oxycodone pills.

-Harassment from the 4000 block of County Road 47 (residence, home), Shelby.

-Domestic investigation from the 0-100 block of Hawthorne Street (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Civil dispute from Cole Drive (other, unknown), Chelsea.

-Theft of property III (shoplifting) from the 16000 block of U.S. 280 (department store), Chelsea. Stolen and recovered was a locking blade knife valued at $39.97.

-Property damage from Cumberland Trace (residence, home), Birmingham. Damage valued at $1,000 was done to a brick mailbox.

-Theft III from the 3100 block of Heatherbrook Road (commercial), Birmingham. Recovered was $19 in U.S. currency.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from the 4900 block of Altadena South Drive (residence, home), Birmingham. Stolen were sunglasses valued at $250, a Cannon digital camera valued at $200, an Alabama driver’s license and various credit and gift cards.

-Allowing dog to run at large from the 2200 block of Beaver Creek Drive (residence, home), Columbiana.

-Violation of protection order and domestic investigation from the 400 block of Highway 302 (residence, home), Shelby.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Evergreen Road (residence, home), Shelby.

-Harassment from the 5400 block of Cahaba Valley Road (other, unknown), Birmingham.

Sept. 26

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from 5514 Double Oak Mountain Lane (Our Lady of the Valley church), Birmingham. Stolen were $100 in U.S. currency, two iPODS, a black leather purse, a debit card, a credit card and a medical credit card.

-Driving under the influence of alcohol from U.S. 280 and Highland Lakes Drive (highway, street), Birmingham.

-Public intoxication from the 1400 block of Highway 37 (residence, home), Columbiana.

-Death investigation from Highway 51 (residence, home), Sterrett.

-Criminal possession of a forged instrument and theft of property from 16623 U.S. 280 (M&F Bank), Chelsea. At least $600 was stolen from a checking account.

-Structure fire from the 11000 block of Highway 17 (residence, home), Maylene. A trailer burned down.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from the 5700 block of U.S. 280 (commercial), Birmingham.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from Wilsonville Fire Department Station 1 (government, public building), Wilsonville.

-Domestic violence (assault) from the 900 block of Inverness Cliffs (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 2600 block of Valleydale Road (parking lot, garage), Birmingham. A gold 2005 Ford Explorer was stolen.

-Domestic violence investigation from the 2500 block of Springfield Loop (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous information from 380 McDow Road (Shelby County Sheriff’s Office and Jail), Columbiana.

-Allowing dogs to run at large from the 5900 block of Highway 16 (highway, street), Montevallo.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Highway 255 (residence, home), Montevallo.

-Property damage from Wares Ferry Road (highway, street), Montgomery. Damage valued at $250 to $350 was done to a white 2007 Ford E-350.

-Criminal mischief from the 4800 block of Highway 47 (convenience store), Shelby. Damage valued at $300 was done to an exterior front door deadbolt and door knob.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of 1st Avenue Pine Grove Village (residence, home), Shelby.

-Promoting prison contraband from 380 McDow Road (Shelby County Jail), Columbiana. Recovered were a cell phone and a cell phone cover.

Sept. 27

-Theft of property from the 16000 block of U.S. 280 (department store), Chelsea. Stolen were an HP desktop computer valued at $698, a bath rug set valued at $15 and an oak frame valued at $10.

-Theft of property from 5510 U.S. 280 (Eye Care Associate), Birmingham. Stolen were Gucci Sun valued at $405, Fendi Limited Edition valued at $1,050, Fendi valued at $525, Fendi Sun valued at $443, Fendi Sun valued at $338 and Gucci valued at $375.

-Burglary from 6604 Walt Drive (Uncle Bob’s Self Storage), Birmingham. Damaged valued at $450 was done by scratches to the left side of a bike.

-Harassing communications from the 3500 block of Highway 22 (residence, home), Montevallo.

-Driving under the influence from the 5500 block of U.S. 280 (highway, street), Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from the 2100 block of Heatherbrooke Road (residence, home), Birmingham. A screen door was damaged.

-Theft of property from the 16000 block of U.S. 280 (department store), Chelsea. Stolen were Apple earphones with remote and mic valued at $28.88, a Lil Wayne Tha Carter IV CD valued at $11.88, a Trey Songz CD valued at $9 and Trey Songz Passion, Pain and Pleasure valued at $11.88.

-Domestic investigation from the 2700 block of Inverness Cliffs (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Agency assist from the 100 block of Quail Run Circle (residence, home), Wilsonville. Damage in the amount of $250 was done to an exterior door.

-Domestic violence (assault) from the 200 block of Shoal Run Trail (residence, home), Birmingham.

-False report of incident from the 4300 block of Heritage View Road (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 200 block of Shoal Run Trail (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Theft of property from 6255 Cahaba Valley Road (Briarwood Christian School), Birmingham. Stolen was an Apple iPHONE valued at $650.

-Indecent exposure from 5087 Highway 31 (Waffle House restaurant), Calera.

Sept. 28

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from the 5200 block of Valleydale Road (school, college). Stolen were a purse valued at $70, a debit card, a credit card, a keyboard valued at $150, a 2G iPHONE valued at $200 and $200 in assorted U.S. currency.

-Domestic violence III (harassment) from Birmingham Street (residence, home), Wilton.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Highway 270 (residence, home), Alabaster. Stolen was a large two-car metal carport valued at $1,000.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from the 100 block of Miller’s Farm Road (restaurant), Columbiana. Damage valued at $350 was done to a rear sliding window of a white 1990 Chevrolet C1500.

-Suicidal person from the 0-100 block of Greenhill Parkway (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from the 0-100 block of Salder Lane (residence, home), Columbiana. A door seal was damaged.

-Animal bite from the 2900 block of Inverness Lane (parking lot, garage), Birmingham.
