The Pelham High School volleyball team swept Vestavia Hills 25-20, 25-19, 26-24 in high school volleyball action Oct. 5.

Senior Porsha Tolbert led the Panthers (33-16) with 13 kills in the victory. Tolbert also recorded one block and a team-high 24 digs.

Senior Dana Allen added 12 kills and 16 digs. Senior Ashley Kate Kepler finished with four kills, 13 digs and one service ace. Junior Alexis Veal contributed five digs and two service aces.

Senior Sydney Days registered two kills, two blocks and 12 digs to go along with a team-high 34 assists in the match.
