The Calera High School football team fell on the road at Lincoln 35-9 in an Alabama High School Athletic Association Class 4A, Region 3 contest Oct. 7.

Francisco Garcia kicked a field goal with 3:27 remaining in the first quarter to give the Eagles an early 3-0 lead.

However Lincoln reeled off 28 points over the next two quarters to take a commanding lead.
