-Leaving the scene of an accident from Highway 119 at Highway 31 (highway, street). Damaged was a 2001 Pontiac Sunfire in the amount of $1,000.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Total Solutions Way (commercial). Stolen were a purse valued at $50, a clutch-style pocketbook valued at $130, $117 in U.S. currency, U.S. Social Security cards and a Visa debit card.
-Harassing communications from the 1300 block of Old Boston Road (residence, home).
-Criminal mischief from the 1500 block of Kent Dairy Road (school, college). Damaged was a fire extinguisher in the amount of $75.
-Information from Interstate 65 northbound (highway, street).
-Breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the Interstate Chevron at Highway 31 (service, gas station). Stolen was a Garmin Nuvi valued at $179.
-Domestic violence – harassment from the 1300 block of Amberley Woods Drive (residence, home).

-Theft of property from South Colonial Drive (specialty store). Stolen and recovered were an Alabama notepad holder valued at $7.95, nail clippers valued at $5.95, an Alabama panty valued at $10.95, Alabama boy’s briefs valued at $14.95, an Alabama thong valued at $14.95, an Alabama ear warmer valued at $16.95 and a wrist band valued at $1.25.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 500 block of Highway 119 (parking lot, garage). Confiscated were marijuana roaches, a cellophane bag containing a green, leafy substance appearing to be marijuana and a Maverick model 88 12-gauge shotgun.

-Unauthorized use of a vehicle from the 200 block of Fran Drive (residence, home).
-Harassment from Highway 31 at Highway 119 (highway, street).
-Damage to property from the 1300 block of Royalty Drive (parking lot, garage). Damaged were a brush guard in the amount of $200 and a front bumper in the amount of $100.
-Theft of property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen and recovered were tetracichlid fish food valued at $6.97, a three-pack of aquarium filters valued at $6.46 and an aquarium heater valued at $14.50.
Sept. 29
-Theft of property from the 100 block of 13th Street Southwest (residence, home). Stolen was a Little Giant extension ladder valued at $400.
-Leaving the scene of an accident from the 500 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (bank). Damaged was a 2003 Chevy Trailblazer in the amount of $800.
-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Grand Club Drive (residence, home).
-Fraudulent use of a credit card and forgery from the 1000 block of Caribbean Circle (residence, home). Forged were check numbers 548 and 549 in the amount of $155.
-Information only from the 100 block of Fox Valley Road (residence, home).
-Found property from the Dollar Tree in the 1100 block of Colonial Promenade (department store). Recovered were a ladies’ Rosetti brand leather purse valued at $10, a Regions Visa debit card, a Compass Visa card, $12.03 in U.S. currency and an Alabama driver’s license.
-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence harassment from the 100 block of Grove Hill Drive (residence, home).
-Noise violation from the 1300 block of Old Boston Road (residence, home).
Sept. 30
-Possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 119 (highway, street). Confiscated were a plastic bag containing a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana, a metal lunch box used to store and transport marijuana, three glass marijuana pipes and a plastic marijuana bong.
-Minor in consumption and carrying a concealed weapon – brass knuckles from Highway 119 at Buck Creek Plaza (highway, street). Confiscated were brass knuckles.
-Theft of property from the 100 block of South Colonial Drive (parking lot, garage). Stolen was an unknown make and model aluminum storage container valued at $200.
-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Ashford Lane (residence, home).
-Information from the 1300 block of Royalty Drive (school, college). Noted was medical equipment and medication.
-Dog bite and violation of leash law from the 1500 block of Kent Dairy Road (highway, street).
-Theft of property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store). Stolen were miscellaneous clothes and other household goods valued at $236.18.
-Information from the 1000 block of Sixth Street Southwest (residence, home).
-Animal complaint – recovered dog from the 100 block of Forest Ridge Road (residence, home).
Oct. 1
-Theft of property from the 500 block of Highway 119 (drug store). Stolen was Bayer Ketoztix valued at $14.99.
-Found property from Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot, garage). Recovered were medication dispensers, a women’s jacket, a car pillow, women’s reading glasses, cell phone chargers and asthma inhalers.
-Fraudulent use of a credit card from the 200 block of Lane Park Circle (other, unknown). Stolen was an Alaska USA Bank Visa card valued at $4,300.
-Theft of property from 630 Colonial Promenade Parkway (commercial). Stolen was $178.22 worth of clothing.

-Burglary III and theft III from the 100 block of Summerchase Parkway (residence, home). Stolen were a 47-inch Vizio TV valued at $1,000, a Ceska CZ 75 9mm valued at $500, an engagement ring valued at $1,800 and $300 in U.S. currency.

-Property damage from the 2700 block of County Road 16 (residence, home). Damaged was cable wire valued at $300.

-Possession of certain chemical compounds from Highway 25 (highway, street). Recovered was less than an ounce of Flame, aromatic potpourri valued at $10.
-Theft of property from the 200 block of West College Street (supermarket). Stolen was two Sparks beers valued at $3.59, and three containers of cake icing valued at $2.39 each.
-Possession of a controlled substance and possession of brass knuckles from the 800 block of Egg & Butter Road. Rock cocaine was recovered.

-Possible criminal tampering from the 21000 block of Highway 25 (department store). Telephone lines were possibly cut causing disruption of service.

-Criminal possession of a forged instrument from West College Street (other, unknown). Stolen from a personal checking account was $170.

-Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from the 21000 block of Highway 25 (bank).
-Theft of property from an alley behind Main Street (commercial). Stolen was an A/C unit valued at $1,500.

-Criminal possession of a forged instrument from College Street (convenience store). Stolen were 18 cartons of cigarettes valued at $1,000. Coupons for the cigarettes were forged/counterfeit.
