Teresa Lynn Follett, age 30, of Clanton passed away Monday, Oct. 10, 2011.

She is survived by her loving partner of 10 years, Martine Follett; her mother, DeAnne Fleming; her sisters, Leigh Ann Summerville (Reggie); Heather Smith (Jason Bailey); and Brooke Edwards; her brothers, Michael and Lee Follett; her mum and dad, Ian and Shelia Follett; her grandfather, Billy Snider; her great-grandparents, Malcolm and Mary Sue Dennis, and a host of other family members and friends.

Her visitation will be Friday, Oct. 14, 2011 from 5-7 p.m. with a celebration of Teresa’s life to follow at 7 p.m. at Charter Funeral Home, 2521 Highway 31, Calera. 621-0800.
