HOOVER — The Hoover Police Department is hosting a drug take-back program Oct. 29.

Citizens can dispose of any prescription drugs in a safe manner between 10 a.m.-2 p.m. that day. The drop-off location will be in the parking lot behind Hoover City Hall, located at 100 Municipal Lane.

There is no charge for the event.
