Johnnie Lawley Whitehead, age 67, of Montevallo passed away Saturday, Oct. 22, 2011. She was a member of Dogwood Grove Baptist Church and was employed by Golden Rule BBQ for many years.

She is preceded in death by her daughter, Lisa Marie Clark.

She is survived by three sons; Samuel David Clark, Daryle Wayne Clark and Michael Anthony Clark; three brothers, Thomas Howard Lawley, Hershel Martin Lawley and Jimmy Glenn Lawley; two sisters, Bobbie Jo Cashatt and Donna Marlene Yoakum; seven grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, Oct. 26, 2011, from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at Dogwood Grove Baptist Church. Services will follow at 1 p.m. at the church. Interment will in Shelby Memory Gardens.
