-Theft of property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen and recovered were miscellaneous items valued at $59.92.

-Breaking and entering a vehicle from the 170 block of Red Bay Drive (residence, home). Stolen was $95 in U.S. currency.

-Public intoxication from the 100 block of Warrior Drive (school, college).

-Illegal possession or fraudulent use of a credit card from Dora, Ala. (other, unknown). Stolen was a Mutual Savings Credit Union credit card valued at $75.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 1000 block of Windsor Court (residence, home). Stolen were a black Xbox 360 valued at $250, three Xbox 360 controllers valued at $90, an Xbox 360 game valued at $40 and an Xbox 360 game valued at $40.

-Found dog from the 200 block of Shalimar Cirlce (residence, home).

-Theft of services from 1328 First Street North (service, gas station). Stolen was a $19.99 diagnostic fee.

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence harassment from the 100 block of Park Place Lane (residence, home).

-Theft of property – shoplifting from 630 Colonial Promenade Parkway (other, unknown). Stolen and recovered were 12 miscellaneous makeup items valued at $104.98, two pairs of earrings valued at $10 and one pair of pants and one pair of panties valued at $30.45.

-Theft of property and resisting arrest from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (other, unknown). Stolen and recovered were clothing items valued at $141.19, pet items valued at $35.43, a wallet valued at $10 and hair care items valued at $17.81.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 700 block of Treymore Lake Circle (residence, home). Stolen was a Wii console with controllers valued at $200, a Playstation 3 console with four controllers and 30 games valued at $1,000, DVDs valued at $300, books valued at $40, bottles of liquor valued at $60, Jerka cigars valued at $72 and a Mini HP laptop valued at $500.

Oct. 12

-Criminal mischief and theft of property from the 400 block of Biddie Lane (residence, home). Damaged was an air conditioner in the amount of $3,000 and stolen was copper piping valued at $200.

-Found property from the 700 block of Treymoor Lake Circle (residence, home). Recovered was a Rocky Patel Renaissance cigar, an empty bottle of Bacardi and a camouflage knife.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Kentwood Trail (residence, home). Stolen was a white and gold chain link men’s necklace valued at $400 and a gold engagement ring valued at $1,800.

-Criminal mischief from the 1500 block of Kent Dairy Road (residence, home). Damaged was a window in the amount of $50.

-Domestic incident from the 180 block of Park Place Lane (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Street Bay Drive (residence, home). Stolen was $200 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Pebble Lane (residence, home). Stolen were a Next bicycle valued at $600 and a Dagger bicycle valued at $600.

-Criminal mischief from Windsor Court (parking lot, garage). Damaged was an engine of a 1990 Mustang GT in the amount of $2,000.

-Information only from the area of Ashford Lane (bank). Forged was a Kentucky check in the amount of $248.

Oct. 13

-Damage to property from the 1100 block of Eagle Drive (highway, street). Damaged was a cable TV cable.

-Theft of property from the 250 block of South Colonial Drive (department store). Stolen was a portable DVD player valued at $85.99, a portable hard drive valued at $99.99 and a Norton anti-virus valued at $59.99.

Oct. 14

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Center Way (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 500 block of First Street Southwest (specialty store). Stolen were nine pieces of women’s clothing valued at $209.91.

-Theft of property from the 3000 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store). Stolen were hair extensions valued at $423.96 and hair extensions valued at $191.98.

-Information only from the 1800 block of Woodbrook Circle (residence, home).

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from the 500 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (service, gas station). Stolen were fraudulent charges on a Mutual Savings Credit Union card in the amount of $71.39.

-Information only from the dirt road in the rear of Amstar Theater (field, woods).

-Attempt to commit a controlled substance crime (drug store). Confiscated was a forged prescription from Bibb Medical Center.

Oct. 15

-Harassment from the 1800 block of Woodbrook Circle (residence, home).

-Domestic violence investigation and harassment from the 200 block of Silver Creek Parkway (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 300 block of South Colonial Parkway (department store). Stolen were Sperry women’s shoes valued at $69.99.

-Found property from the 200 block of Second Street Southwest (other, unknown). Recovered was an Alabama driver’s license.

-Harassment from the 200 block of Silvercreek Parkway (residence, home).

-Found property from the 100 block of Widgeon Drive (residence, home). Recovered were a Glock 30 .45-caliber pistol, a magazine clip and a black holster.

-Runaway juvenile and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle from the 200 block of Parliament Parkway (residence, home).

-Information only from the 500 block of Highway 119 (specialty store).

Oct. 16

-Open door from the 100 block of Warrior Way (school, college).

-Driving while under the influence of alcohol and unlawful possession of marijuana from South Colonial Parkway (parking lot, garage). Confiscated were a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana wrapped in a plastic bag, an orange pill believed to be Adderall, an altered bottle cap and an altered Dr. Pepper bottle with five holes cut unto the bottom of it.

-Theft of property from the 3500 block of Highway 31 South (supermarket). Stolen were Grands canned weiners valued at $3.15 and Pam cooking spray valued at $2.50.

-Domestic incident from the 1700 block of Woodbrook Trail (residence, home).

-Domestic incident from First Street Southwest (highway, street).

-Harassment from the 1000 block of Caribbean Circle (residence, home).

-Recovered property from the Geo Met property off Highway 91 (field, woods). Recovered was a Suzuki DR-Z400Y motorcycle valued at $500.

Oct. 11

-Warrant arrest from the Alabaster Police Department (jail, prison).

-Lost property from address unlisted (other, unknown). Reported was a wallet containing debit and credit cards.

-Criminal mischief from the 500 block of Sterling Lakes Way (residence, home). Damaged was a door casing in the amount of $300.

-Vicious animal from the 7500 block of Spencer Lane (residence, home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle from the 500 block of Barrone Street (specialty store). Stolen was a Glock 17 9-millimeter pistol, black, with magazine inserted filled to the maximum capacity with silver hollow point ammunition secured in a black Galco brand lambskin/velcro ankle holster valued at 4400.

-Harassing communications from address unlisted (residence, home).

Oct. 12

-Domestic violence from the 1000 block of Hillsboro Lane (residence, home).

-Warrant arrest from area near Fieldstone Drive (highway, street).

-Warrant arrest from the Hoover City Jail (government, public building).

-Disorderly conduct and unlawful possession of marijuana (residence, home). Recovered were a clear sandwich bag containing about 1 gram of marijuana valued at $5, nine pink Lortab pills or generic equivalent in a clear sandwich bag valued at $45, a brown and black stand-alone tobacco smoking pipe with marijuana residue inside and a brown two-tone tobacco smoking pipe with marijuana inside valued at $20.

-Incident – vehicle fire from Highway 52 East at Highway, 95 (highway, street). Damaged was a Cadillac Deville in the amount of $1,000.

-Domestic incident from the 2000 block of Runaway Drive (residence, home).

Oct. 13

-Identity theft from Fieldstone Drive (residence, home).

-Probation violation from 616 18th Street in Ensley (government, public building).

-Harassment from the 200 block of First Avenue East (supermarket).

-Drug paraphernalia and attempted suicide from Aspen Lake Road (residence, home). Confiscated were a bag containing miscellaneous boards used for snorting cocaine valued at $20, four marijuana pipes with marijuana residue valued at $30, 20 plastic straws with a white powdery substance believed to be cocaine valued at $1, three red and clear bags containing less than 1 gram of methamphetamine valued at $20, a glass pipe with white powder residue valued at $10 and 11 metal push stems for illegal drugs valued at $5.

Oct. 14

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and carrying a pistol without a permit from Old Cahaba Parkway at Old Cahaba Place (highway, street). Confiscated were yellow wrapping paper containing 1 gram of marijuana valued at $5, a Jennings J-22 .22-caliber pistol with two magazines valued at $125, a box of assorted .22-caliber ammunition valued at $10, a gold bracelet with green butterflies valued at $75, $8 in $1 coins, and four silver coins valued at $128.

-Fraudulent use of a debit or credit card from Chateau Drive (residence, home). Stolen was a Regions Bank debit card valued at $4,897.71.

Oct. 15

-Warrant arrest – failure to appear for traffic from Highway 31 at I-65 in Vestavia Hills (parking lot, garage).

Oct. 16

-Dog at large from the 1000 block of Dearing Downs Drive (residence, home).

-Warrant arrest – Pelham Police from Dearing Downs Drive (residence, home).

Oct. 13

-Criminal mischief third degree and criminal trespass third degree from the 200 block of Melton Street (residence/home). Damaged was a metal door to utility building in the amount of $100.

-Harassment from the 700 block of Main Street (drug store).

-Found property from Park Drive and Vine Street (other/unknown). Recovered was a pink and blue girls’ 16-inch Huffy bicycle valued at $50.

Oct. 14

-Fraudulent use of credit/debit card and theft of property third degree from the 2700 block of Cobblestone Creek (residence/home). Stolen was $360 in U.S. currency.

Oct. 15

-Property damage from Shelby County 12 near Shelby County 216 (highway/street). Damaged was a concrete culvert in the amount of $2,000.

-Domestic incident from the 700 block of East Boundary Street (residence/home).

-Theft of property third degree from the 300 block of Waller Street (residence/home). Stolen was a maroon and white 1940 state of Illinois license plate valued at $1.

-Property damage from the 900 block of Main Street (parking lot/garage). Damaged were a brake lever, seat and bracket and exhaust pipe in the amount of $1,000.

Oct. 16

-Theft of property third degree and criminal trespass second degree from the 4500 block of Highway 25 (department store). Stolen and recovered was a Glade Febreeze air freshener valued at $3.

-Information only from the 10 block of Holloway Hill Drive (other/unknown). Recovered were two used tires valued at $35.

-Theft of property third degree from the 700 block of Middle Street (department store). Stolen were women’s gray leather wallet valued at $25, $10 in U.S. currency, Alabama Power Company credit union checks valued at $1, Alabama Power Company credit union debit card valued at $0 and Alabama driver’s license valued at $0.

-Criminal mischief third degree from Park Drive and Vine Street (other/unknown). Damaged was a metal hinge lock on dugout door in the amount of $50.

Oct. 17

-Possession of marijuana second degree from Orr Park and Spring Creek Road (highway/street). Recovered was a brown leather canister containing a green, leafy substance valued at $5.

-Theft of property third degree from the 200 block of Overland Road (residence/home). Stolen was an Alabama license plate valued at $25.

-Giving false identification to law enforcement officer from Buckingham Circle and Cedar Street (highway/street).

Oct. 18

-Harassment from the 200 block of Graham Street (residence/home).

-Harassment form the 1000 block of Hidden Forest Drive (residence/home).

-Burglary third degree and criminal mischief second degree from the 400 block of Valley Street (residence/home). Damaged were king-size mattress in the amount of $200, screen door in the amount of $150, two ceramic lamps in the amount of $50, kitchen cabinet door in the amount of $50, 10 plates in the amount of $35 and a bedroom wall in the amount of $10.

Oct. 19

-Theft of property second degree from the 3900 block of Highway 25 (specialty store). Stolen was Hydrocodone 7.5 mg valued at $1.

-Assault third degree from the 100 block of Jeter Circle (school/college).

Pelham

Oct. 10

-Property damage from the 600 block of Valleyview Drive (residence, home). Damaged was a mailbox in the amount of $350.

-Domestic violence from the 900 block of Haddington Dale (residence, home).

-Miscellaneous information from Huntley Parkway (highway, street).

-Leaving the scene of an accident – unoccupied from the parking lot of Southgate Village (parking lot, garage). Damaged was the front bumper and grill of a 2004 Jaguar S-Type.

Oct. 11

-Criminal mischief from 312 Ballpark Road (government, public building). Damaged were two bathroom stalls in the amount of $8,000, a toilet in the amount of $200, two bathroom mirrors in the amount of $600, a City Park sign in the amount of $100, an electrical switch plate in the amount of $3, eight interior bathroom walls in the amount of $1,000 and a small “no smoking” sign in the amount of $50.

-Theft of property from the Value Place Hotel (hotel, motel). Stolen was a Stihl weed trimmer model FS90 valued at $300, a Shilh edger model FC90 valued at $350 and a Shindawa backpack blower valued at $500.

-Criminal mischief from the Meadow Wood apartments (residence, home). Damaged was a door frame in the amount of $300.

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Canyon Park Circle (other, unknown).

-Harassment from 2240 Pelham Parkway (commercial).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the Eaton Corporation at 226 Cahaba Valley Parkway (commercial).

-Criminal possession of a forged instrument from the Home Depot at 3191 Pelham Parkway (commercial). Stolen was $297 in U.S. currency.

Oct. 12

-Theft of property from the 1400 block of Kelly Drive (residence, home). Stolen were five checks from Alabama Telco Credit Union.

-Outside agency assist – law enforcement from Cahaba Valley Road at Interstate 65 (highway, street).

-Miscellaneous information from an unknown location (commercial).

Oct. 13

-Theft of property and fraudulent use of a credit card from Crosscreek Baptist Church (church). Stolen was a Union State debit Mastercard, a Union State debit Mastercard and a Union State Bank check.

Oct. 14

-Recovery of a stolen vehicle from the Waffle House at 2695 Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage). Recovered was a 2003 Saturn L200.

-Lost property from the 300 block of Huntley Parkway (supermarket). Noted was a black wallet, $300 in cash, a Regions Bank debit card, assorted insurance cards and assorted paperwork.

-Assault from 32 Philip Davis Street (jail, prison).

-Domestic violence and resisting arrest from the 100 block of Hayesbury Lane (residence, home).
