Jerry Boockholdt Smith, age 77, a resident of Columbiana, died on Wednesday, Oct. 26, 2011. A memorial service will be 7 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2011 at Bolton Funeral Home with Rev. Wayne McDaniel officiating.

Mrs. Smith is preceded in death by her sister, Nell, and brothers, Frankie and Buck. She is survived by her husband, Billy S. Smith; sons, Jason Bentley (Terry) and Jamie Bentley (Tracy); stepchildren, Billy Smith, Larry Smith (Patty), Judy Schaefers (John) and Cindi Wheeler; two grandchildren; nine step-grandchildren; and numerous other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
