-Harassment – direct from the 0 block of Meadows Drive at leasing office (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Harassment – direct from the 300 block of Brook Highland Lane (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Property damage from the 6200 block of County Road 49 (highway, street).

-Domestic investigation from Chesser Reserve Drive (residence, home), Chelsea.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Chelsea Corners (supermarket), Chelsea. Stolen were frozen spinach valued at $2.79, Microwave Variety Garden vegetables valued at $2.29, Packaged Grillers Vegetables valued at $4.89 and Country Inn Oriental Rice valued at $1.79.

-Interference with custody from the 1600 block of Shoal Run Trail (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Harassing communications in the block of 1400 Highland Lakes (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Harassment from the 400 block of Brookhighland Lane (parking lot, garage), Birmingham.

-Harassment from the 400 block of Brookhighland Lane (parking lot, garage), Birmingham.

-Missing person from the 0 block of Youth Drive (residence, home), Westover.

-Drug paraphernalia from County Road 52 at Jeff Morris Auto Brokers (highway, street), Helena. Recovered was a chrome metal pipe used to smoke marijuana.

-Domestic investigation from the 400 block of Massey Road (residence, home), Alabaster.

Oct. 22

-Sodomy from the 4900 block of County Road 14 (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Death investigation from the 6000 block of County Road 61 (residence, home), Wilsonville.

-Theft of property II from the 900 block of Highway 19 (residence, home), Montevallo. Stolen was a Remington Model 74 with scope valued at $800.

-Minor in consumption of alcohol from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road (school, college).

-Assault III from the 0 block of Barnett Street (residence, home), Montevallo.

-Fire investigation from the 31000 block of Highway 25 (commercial), Wilsonville.

-Reckless endangerment from the 1500 block of Highway 13, Helena.

-Theft of property from the 700 block of Old Lakey Ferry Road (residence, home). Stolen were $100 off of a prepaid Visa card and $275 off of a PayPal card.

-Criminal mischief from the area of 169 Sweet Gum Road (highway, street), Chelsea. Dented and scratched was the roof area of a silver 2006 Toyota Highlander.

-Domestic investigation from the 1200 block of Highland Lakes Trail (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous information from the 11000 block of County Road 43 (conveience store), Vandiver.

-Obstructing justice using false identity from 4656 U.S. 280 (Shell Station), Birmingham.

-Death investigation – Hospice from the 100 block of Highway 206 (residence, home), Montevallo.

-Death investigation from the 100 block of Highway 71 (residence, home), Shelby.

Oct. 23

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana from the 7500 block of County Road 51 (highway, street), Sterrett. Recovered were 2.7 grams of marijuana, a 3-gram package of Super Nova Botanical Incense, six Hydrocodone pills, 1.7 grams of a leafy substance gathered from the back seat of the vehicle and a 1.5-gram package of Kush potpourri.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana II from County Road 17 and High Grove Parkway (highway, street), Maylene. Recovered were two 10mg Adderall pills, 0.5 grams of marijuana and a water bottle and socket with residue.

-Theft of property and criminal mischief from the 100 block of Holleybrook Road (residence, home), Columbiana. Stolen were a Direct TV receiver valued at $300, a Vizio 22-inch TV valued at $200, a Trac phone valued at $100, miscellaneous mail, miscellaneous clothing valued at $275 and phone/DSL lines.

-Domestic violence from the 100 block of Sutton Circle (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Public intoxication from Valleydale Road at Inverness Green Drive (highway, street), Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 5300 block of U.S. 280 (restaurant), Birmingham.

-Alabama Taxpayer and Citizen Protection Act from U.S. 280 at Highway 47 (highway, street), Chelsea.

-Property damage from the 3000 block of Garden Lane (residence, home), Birmingham.

Oct. 24

-Burglary from Camelia Lane (residence, home), Maylene. Stolen was a heavy duty extension cord valued at $200.

-Burglary from the 4500 block of Old Caldwell Mill Road (other, unknown), Birmingham. Damage in the amount of $400 was done to two exterior doors. Stolen was $1,050 in U.S. currency.

-Burglary from the 100 block of Hollybrook Road (storage facility), Columbiana.

-Burglary from the 700 block of Heatherwood Drive (residence, home), Birmingham. Stolen were a .38 special pistol valued at $900, an Amazon Kindle valued at $150, a 1.8 ct teardrop diamond/gold setting valued at $2,000, a class ring valued at $200 and assorted foreign currency.

-Theft of property from the 5200 block of Chesapeake W. (parking lot, garage), Birmingham. Stolen was a 1997 Dodge Intrepid.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from the 2600 block of Valleydale Road (restaurant), Birmingham. A leather purse valued at $200 was stolen.

-Theft of property from the 4000 block of County Road 47 (residence, home), Shelby. Stolen was a Mongoose 15-speed bicycle valued at $100.

-Property damage from the 0 block of Highland Lakes Drive (highway, street), Birmingham. Damage in the amount of $500 was done to landscapping.

-Domestic investigation from the 700 block of Morning Sun Drive (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Domestic violence – harassing communications from Waldrop Drive (residence, home), Wilsonville.

-Domestic violence – menacing from the 2500 block of Highway 37 (residence, home), Columbiana.

-Alabama Taxpayer at Citizen Protection Act from Shannon Lane (residence, home), Montevallo.

-Criminal mischief from the 3000 block of Highway 30 (residence, home), Columbiana. Damage in the amount of $100 was done to a wood front door.

-Harassing communications from the 1200 block of Highway 277 (residence, home), Helena.

-Theft from the 700 block of 6th Avenue N. (parking lot, garage), Birmingham. An Alabama license plate was stolen.

-Criminal mischief III from the 13000 block of Highway 43 (highway, street), Vandiver. Damaged was a 2002 Volkswagon Beetle.

-Alabama Taxpayer and Citizen Protection Act from the 51000 block of Highway 25 (highway, street), Sterrett.

-Alabama Taxpayer and Citizen Protection Act from the 100 block of Brasher Road (residence, home), Chelsea.

-Receiving stolen property from the 200 block of Shoal Run Trail (residence, home), Birmingham. Recovered was a Dell Inspiron laptop valued at $450.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Thoroughbred Lane (residence, home), Alabaster. Stolen were an 8-foot tall Halloween decoration valued at $350 and a pair of safety toe boots valued at $100.

-Harassing communications from the 20000 block of Highway 55 (residence, home), Sterrett.

Oct. 26

-Burglary from the 4200 block of County Road 37 (residence, home), Shelby. Damage in the amount of $100 was done to a front door. Stolen were two rings valued at $140.

-Burglary from the 0 block of Paleo Place (residence, home), Indian Springs. Stolen were a Samsung TV, two necklaces, a gold ring, a Nikon camera, two pearl stud earrings, two strands of pearls and gold diamond studs, all of unlisted value.

-Resisting arrest from the 10000 block of Highway 55 Lot 16 (residence, home), Sterrett.

-Domestic violence investigation from the 4700 block of Highway 71 (residence, home), Shelby.

-Criminal mischief from the 2600 block of Valleydale Road (restaurant), Birmingham.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 5700 block of Highway 47 (residence, home), Shelby. Stolen were a clutch wallet, an I-Pad Nano, a digital camera, a debit card, $800 in U.S. currency and an Alabama driver’s license.

-Theft of property from the 4600 block of U.S. 280 (department store), Birmingham. Stolen were three 16GB Samsung tablets valued at $1,574.97.

-Burglary from the 100 block of Indian Gate Circle (residence, home), Birmingham. Stolen were a 42-inch Vizio flatscreen TV and three laptop computers.

-Structure fire from the 100 block of Cambton Way (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Recovered property from the 2600 block of Valleydale Road (Winn Dixie supermarket), Birmingham. Recovered were a black leather wallet, Alabama non-driver ID and two Social Security cards.

-Found property from the 7000 block of Meadowlark Drive (parking lot, garage), Birmingham.

-Death investigation from the 100 block of Grimes Road (residence, home), Indian Springs.
