Evangel Christian School fell to Franklin Classical Christian School 26-6 in the National Association of Christian Athletes Division I championship game Nov. 11.

Franklin Christian scored 26 unanswered points in the game before the Lightning finally got on the scoreboard with Hayden Brown’s 11-yard touchdown run with 11 seconds remaining in the game.

Brown completed 7-of-18 passes for 106 yards with two interceptions.

Josh Flanders led Evangel Christian with 78 rushing yards on 12 carries. Aaron Walker finished with five receptions for 87 yards.

Aaron Walker finished with 11 tackles and recovered one fumble in the loss.
