The Indian Springs School boys’ basketball team defeated Jefferson Christian 51-38 in high school basketball action Nov. 14.

June Hong led Indian Springs (1-1) with 15 points in the victory.

Kenechi Ijemere and Maurice Pompey added 13 points each. Ijemere also grabbed a team-high nine rebounds. Pompey finished with six steals in the win.

GIRLS

The Indian Springs School girls’ basketball team fell to Jefferson Christian 55-30 in its season opener Nov. 14.

Kim Temmi led Indian Springs (0-1) with 10 points in the defeat.
