The Hope Christian School girls’ basketball team defeated New Life Christian 33-19 in high school basketball action Nov. 18.

Christina Jones led the Eagles (3-0) with 15 points on 7-of-13 field goals.

Leigh Wilson Legg added seven points and five steals in the victory. Brooke Machen finished with three points, six rebounds and six steals.

Rachel Holmes, Karlee Tate, Lindy Walker and Joelle Reed chipped in two points each. Reed grabbed five rebounds and finished with three steals.

Rachel Rettig and Erin Douglas grabbed two rebounds each in the win.
