The Thompson High School girls’ basketball team defeated Vestavia Hills 38-32 in the Hewitt-Trussville Thanksgiving tournament Nov. 21.

Hannah Oglesby led the Warriors (7-2) with eight points in the victory. Oglesby also grabbed four rebounds and finished with four steals.

KaDeisha Stowes added six points and a team-high eight rebounds. Jasmine Richardson also scored six points.

Kiarra Petway and Kat Cingoranelli finished with five points each. Rachel Lawley finished with three points and six rebounds. Sophie Cingoranelli chipped in three points and two rebounds. Janese Richardson finished with two points.
