The Spain Park High School boys’ basketball team defeated Shades Valley 72-55 in high school basketball action Dec. 2.

Eric Washington led the Jaguars (5-5) with 26 points in the victory. Washington also grabbed 12 rebounds to finish with a double-double.

Blake Dudchock added 14 points.

GIRLS

The Spain Park High School girls’ basketball team fell to Shades Valley 55-28 in high school basketball action Dec. 2.

Whitney Gulledge led the Jaguars with eight points.

Jessica Freeman added seven points. Kathryn Boswell and Ashley Gaston chipped in five points each.

Victoria Baldwin finished with two points and a team-high five rebounds. Jasmine Hollis added one point and four boards.
