-Domestic investigation from the 10000 block of County Road 55 (residence, home), Westover.

-Domestic investigation from the 400 block of Forest Lakes Drive (residence, home), Sterrett.

-Driving under the influence – alcohol from U.S. 280 at E. Inverness Parkway (highway, street), Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from the 4000 block of Highway 47 (residence, home), Shelby.

-Driving while under the influence of alcohol and minor in consumption of alcohol from Highway 119 and Brookhighland Parkway (highway, street), Birmingham.

-Driving under the influence from U.S. 280 and Cross Road Drive (highway, street), Chelsea.

-Criminal mischief from the 300 block of Highway 406 (residence, home), Shelby. Damage in the amount of $200 was done to a screened patio and door, and damage in the amount of $400 was done to a panel ripped off a hot tub.

-Domestic violence – assault from the 200 block of Meadowgreen Drive (residence, home), Montevallo.

-Domestic violence – harassment and theft of property from the 200 block of Meadowgreen Drive (residence, home), Montevallo. Stolen was a cell phone valued at $400.

-Alabama immigration law from Highway 155 at Highway 18 (highway, street), Montevallo.

-Domestic violence – assault from the 200 block of Highway 204 (residence, home), Montevallo.

-Domestic violence investigation from the 1500 block of Highway 39 (residence, home), Chelsea.

-Domestic violence investigation from the 100 block of Cameron Drive (residence, home), Chelsea.

-Theft of property from the 3300 block of McGregor (highway, street), Birmingham. Stolen was a black plastic mailbox valued at $60.

-Civil dispute from the 5300 block of Woodford Drive (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Found property from County Road 52 at Ferrell Drive (highway, street), Helena.

-Miscellaneous information from County Road 52 at Ferrell Drive (highway, street), Helena.

-Suicide attempt from the 10000 block of County Road 55 (residence, home), Westover.

-Domestic violence from the 4200 block of Mountain Top Road (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Burglary from Morris Drive (residence, home), Montevallo. Stolen was a portable space heater valued at $50.

-Domestic violence III – harassment from the 200 block of Oak Meadow Drive (residence, home), Leeds.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 5300 block of Heatherbrooke Road (residence, home), Birmingham. Recovered were a pharmacy pill bottle containing approximately 4 grams of a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana, and one cigar paper rolled cigarette containing suspected marijuana and valued at $5.

-Domestic violence – harassment from the 100 block of Hollow Oak Drive (residence, home), Bessemer.

 

Nov. 21

-Death investigation from the 200 block of Bentley Circle (residence, home), Shelby.

-Miscellaneous information – discharing duty weapon from the 7000 block of Cahaba Valley Road (highway, street), Birmingham.

-Death investigation from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Domestic violence III – harassment from U.S. 280 at Old Highway 280 (highway, street), Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 3700 block of Buckhorn Cove (residence, home), Birmingham. Stolen was a Dell Inspiron laptop computer valued at $400.

-Unauthorized use of vehicle from Garden Lane (residence, home), Shelby. Stolen and recovered was a 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt valued at $9,500.

-Property damage and welfare check from the 100 block of Vanlentine Trail (residence, home), Wilsonville. Damage in the amount of $12 was done to the door knob to a front door.

-Driving under the influence of alcohol and obstructing justice using a false identity from County Road 13 and Burnt Pine Drive (highway, street), Helena.

-Death investigation from LM Trace (residence, home), Shelby.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance – methadone from Joinertown Road at Rocky Ridge Road (highway, street), Columbiana. Recovered were two methadone hydrochloxide drug pills.

-Community notification violation from Alabama Youth Drive (residence, home), Harpersville.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Highway 51 at Highway 32 (church), Chelsea. Recovered was a marijuana cigarette containing approximately 0.5 grams of marijuana.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 1900 block of Portobello Road (parking lot, garage), Birmingham.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 2000 block of Portobello Road (parking lot, garage), Birmingham.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 2000 block of Portobello Road (parking lot, garage), Birmingham. Stolen were a Charter Arms .38 special revolver valued at $200, a Walther .40-caliber P99 valued at $700, a Savage Arms .22-caliber rifle with a small scope valued at $150, a Savage Arms 30.06-caliber rifle with a large scope valued at $400 and a Bose blue tooth earpiece valued at $100.

-Sexual abuse from the D-Hall restroom at Chelsea High School, 10510 Highway 11, Chelsea.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 16000 block of U.S. 280 (department store), Chelsea. Recovered were six round white tablets in a blue plastic bottle.

-Criminal mischief from the entrance to Carriage Creek Subdivision (other, unknown), Chelsea. Damage in the amount of $150 was done to two landscaping spotlights.

-Domestic investigation from the 1000 block of County Road 5 (residence, home), Wilsonville.

-Criminal trespass from the 2400 block of Springfield Loop (residence, home), Birmingham. Damage in the amount of $50 was done to a window lock.

-Miscellaneous information from the 300 block of Stonecrest Drive (residence, home), Birmingham. Stolen were a utility trailer valued at $950 and a transport trailer valued at $3,750.

-Harassment from the 52000 block of Highway 25 (residence, home), Vandiver.

-Theft of property from the 16000 block of U.S. 280 (department store). Stolen and recovered were a three Payday candy bars valued at $3.72, four printer ink cartridges valued at $109.88, three DVD movies valued at $40.50, a stocking pink/white monkey valued at $10.45 and a box of women’s poise liner maxi pads valued at $4.84.

 

Nov. 22

-Driving under the influence from the 5300 block of U.S. 280 (highway, street), Birmingham.

-Driving under the influence from the 1200 block of Highway 119 (residence, home), Montevallo.

-Information from Courtroom No. 4 at the Shelby County Courthouse (government, public building), Columbiana.

-Theft of property from the 10000 block of Chelsea Road (residence, home), Chelsea. Stolen was a gas-powered generator valued at $649.

-Rape from the 400 block of Highway 260 (residence, home), Maylene.

-Domestic violence – harassment from the 2300 block of Ridge Trail (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Domestic violence – strangulation/suffocation and domestic violence – menacing from the 3600 block of Heatherbrooke Road (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Suicide attempt from the 100 block of Canter Way (residence, home), Alabaster.

-Driving under the influence from U.S. 280 E. at Doug Baker Boulevard (highway, street), Birmingham.

-Domestic violence III – assault from the 3900 block of Bear Creek Road (residence, home), Sterrett.

-Death investigation from the 100 block of Snow Drive (residence, home), Alabaster.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Girl Scout Road (residence, home), Chelsea. Stolen was a 2004 Ford F-150 valued at $17,000.

-Burglary from the 300 block of Little Yellow Leaf Drive (residence, home), Columbiana. Stolen was a Smith & Wesson 6-shot revolver valued at $300.

-Robbery from the 2600 block of Valleydale Road (service, gas station), Birmingham. Stolen was $90 in assorted U.S. currency.

-Property damage from Highland Lakes Road and Dunnavant Valley Road at the entrance of the Highland Lakes subdivision (highway, street). Damage was done to the curb and grass.

-Miscellaneous information from the 5400 block of U.S. 280 (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Harassment from the 0 block of Buckton Road, Birmingham.

 

Nov. 23

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Highway 119 and Highway 15 (highway, street), Montevallo. Recovered was 3.5 ounces of marijuana in a clear plastic bag.

-Domestic violence – chocking from Simpson Road (residence, home), Wilsonville.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 100 block of Linwood Road (residence, home), Sterrett. Stolen was a Glock 27 pistol valued at $400.

-Child molestation – enticing child from the 900 block of County Road 435 (residence, home), Columbiana.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Hank’s View Drive (field, woods). Stolen were 17 sheep valued at $2,000.

-Domestic violence – assault from the 400 block of Brook Highland Lane (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Alabama taxpayer and citizen protection act from Highway 26 at Merry Fox Farm Road (highway, street), Alabaster.

-Burglary from Pine Bark Lane (residence, home), Vincent. Stolen were a Dell laptop computer valued at $1,500 and an unknown amount of costume jewelry including Fossil watches.

-Death investigation from the 6000 block of Highway 47 (residence, home), Shelby.

-Violation of protection order from the 600 block of Inverness Cliffs (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Animal bite from the 100 block of South Hill Drive (residence, home), Wilsonville. A cell phone was damaged.

-Domestic investigation from the 9400 block of South Main Street (residence, home), Wilsonville.

-Fire investigation from the 100 block of County Road 443 (residence, home), Wilsonville.

-Identity theft from somewhere in Green Bay, Wisconsin (department store). Stolen via six unauthorized transactions was $512.49.

 

Nov. 24

-Driving under the influence of alcohol and public intoxication from the U.S. 280 area of Chesser Crane Road (highway, street).

-Interference with custody from the 900 block of Tara Driver (residence, home), Columbiana.

-Domestic investigation from the 900 block of County Road 71 (residence, home), Shelby.

-Trespass from the 2000 block of Massey Road (residence, home), Alabaster.

-Domestic investigation from the 700 block of Highway 260 (residence, home), Maylene.

-Driving under the influence, no driver’s license and no child restraint from Cahaba Beach Road and U.S. 280 (highway, street), Birmingham.

-Running red light, expired tag and driving under the influence from U.S. 280 and Cahaba Park Circle (highway, street), Birmingham.

-Driving under the influence and speeding from Highway 25 and Shady Hill Drive (highway, street), Montevallo.

 

Nov. 25

-Theft of property from the 0 block of Barnett Street (residence, home), Montevallo. Stolen and recovered were a survival knife valued at $25, an XBOX valued at $125, a Playstation valued at $100, two XBOX controllers valued at $50, a sword valued at $25 and a World Series of Poker set valued at $20.

-Criminal mischief from the 0 block of Sweet Gum (highway, street), Chelsea. Damage in the amount of $200 was done to a wrought iron sign.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Old Fields Road (residence, home), Pelham.

-Driving under the influence from Cahaba Beach Road at U.S. 280 (highway, street).

-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of Woodbury Drive (other, uknown), Sterrett.

-Theft of property from the 0 block of Grant Street (residence, home), Montevallo.

-Burglary III from the 11000 block of Highway 42 (residence, home), Shelby. Stolen was a plastic jug containing an unknown amount of coins.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 3600 block of Heatherbrooke Parkway (parking lot, garage), Birmingham. Stolen were several car titles, Social Security cards, etc.

-Burglary from the 3600 block of Heatherbrooke Parkway (residence, home), Birmingham. Stolen were a Toshiba 32-inch LCD TV, a JVC surround sound system, an HP printer, 10 framed wall pictures, a Playstation 3 and a floor lamp. Damage was done to a door knob inside the apartment.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 5400 block of U.S. 280 (parking lot, garage), Birmingham. Damage in the amount of $200 was done to a passenger window on a 2003 Chevrolet Trailblazer.

-Identity theft from an unknown location (other, unknown).

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Highland Hill Road (residence, home). Stolen was $2,800 in U.S. currency.

-Robbery from the 16000 block of U.S. 280 (supermarket), Chelsea. Stolen were two silicone cases for an I-Pod Touch valued at $5 and five universal screen protectors valued at $6.

 

Nov. 26

-Driving under the influence from U.S. 280 at Highway 119 (highway, street), Birmingham.

-Domestic violence – harassment from the 100 block of Highway 471 (residence, home), Sterrett.

-Domestic violence – menacing from the 100 block of Center Way (residence, home), Alabaster.

-Miscellaneous information from the 400 block of Morning Sun Drive (residence, home).

-Driving under the influence and Alabama taxpayer and citizen protection act from U.S. 280 and Brookhighland Parkway (highway, street).

-Suicide attempt from the 100 block of Crosscut Road (residence, home), Alabaster.

-Death investigation – unattended from the 10000 block of Highway 61 (residence, home), Wilsonville.

-Stalking from the 4800 block of Bear Creek Road (residence, home), Sterrett.

-Domestic violence II from the 0 block of Violet Drive (residence, home), Sterrett.

-Theft of property from the 1900 block of Inverness Cliffs (residence, home), Birmingham. Stolen was a silver Rolex valued at $10,000.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Chelsea Fire Station 31 (other, unknown), Chelsea.

-Unlawful distribution of a controlled substance from McDow Road (other, unknown), Columbiana.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 19000 block of River Driver (residence, home), Shelby. Stolen were a Craftsman gas powered leaf blower valued at $250, a Weedeater brand electric leaf blower valued at $150, a gas weedeater valued at $150, a Craftsman socket set valued at $80, two Craftsman electric drills valued at $100, a Task Force pressure washer valued at $200, and six fishing rods and reels valued at $120.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 2300 block of Highway 12 (other, unknown), Alabaster. Stolen were six truck radiators, a 4-cycle Wisonsin engine, numerous well drill parts and a Leroy air compressor.

-Assault from the 300 block of McDow Road (jail, prison), Columbiana.

-Domestic violence – harassment from County Road 47 (highway, street), Shelby.

-Civil dispute from the 100 block of Windstone Parkway (residence, home), Chelsea.

-Violation of protection order from the 600 block of Inverness Cliffs (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Leaving a scene of accident from Highway 52 and Highway 93 (highway, street), Helena. Damaged was a Bellsouth phone wire box.

 

Nov. 28

-Animal complaint from the 300 block of Oak Meadow Drive (field, woods), Leeds.

-Property damage from the 1300 block of Highland Lakes Bend (residence, home), Birmingham. A mailbox was damaged.

-Criminal mischief from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road. Damage in the amount of $750 was done to landscapping.

-Criminal mischief III from the 100 block of Oakmont Road (residence, home), Birmingham. Damaged were a mailbox and post.

-Theft of property and fraudulent use of a debit card from the Alabaster and Homewood areas (other, unknown).

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 5300 block of U.S. 280 (convience store), Birmingham. Stolen was an Apple I-Phone valued at $600.

-Theft of property – deception from the 800 block of Stonecrest Drive (residence, home), Birmingham. Stolen via Western Union was $4,136 in U.S. currency.

-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of Deer Run Road (residence, home), Alabaster.

-Property damage from the 1300 block of Dunnavant Valley Road (highway, street), Birmingham. Damage was done to a 2011 Kia Forte.

-Driving under the influence from U.S. 280 at County Road 41 (highway, street), Birmingham.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle and fraudulent use of a credit card from the YMCA at 5414 U.S. 280 (parking lot, garage), Birmingham. Stolen were a CU card, a Visa card, $550 in fradulent charges, a $50 fraudulent charge, a gold 14-carat men’s rope bracelet valued at $800 and a “long gin” men’s dress watch valued at $800. Damaged were paint on the vehicle and the glove box.

-Missing person from the 300 block of Ivy Lane (residence, home), Vandiver.

-Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from the 500 block of Woodbridge Trace (other, unknown), Chelsea. Stolen from a checking account was $264.21.

-Domestic violence – harassment from Adams Road (residence, home), Dunnavant.

-Harassing communications from the 5000 block of Highway 25 (residence, home), Vandiver.

-Theft of property from the 16000 block of U.S. 280 (department store), Chelsea. Stolen was $450 in U.S. currency.

-Theft from the 1700 block of Alston Farm Road (residence, home). Scrap copper was stolen.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from the 1000 block of Dunsmore Drive (residence, home), Chelsea.

-Criminal mischief from the 1500 block of Highway 70 (service, gas station), Columbiana. Stolen was an electrical mechanism to gas pumps and cash register valued at $4,000.

-Unauthorized use of motor vehicle from the 0 block of Coosa Cove Lane (residence, home), Columbiana.

-Structure fire from the 27000 block of Highway 145 (residence, home), Wilsonville.

-Criminal littering from the 800 block of Richard Porter Road (residence, home), Shelby.

-Domestic investigation from the 17000 block of Highway 25 (residence, home), Columbiana.

-Property damage from County Road 47 and County Road 99 (highway, street), Shelby. Damaged was a 1999 Volkswagon Beetle.

-Harassing communications from the 1000 block of 1st Street N. (government, public building), Alabaster.

-Public intoxication from Watson’s Corner at County Road 43 at Alabama 25 (convenience store), Sterrett.

-Property damage – structure fire from the 5000 block of Highway 62 (residence, home), Vincent.

-Harassment from Highway 25 at Haley Acres (highway, street).

-Domestic violence investigation from the 5800 block of Afton Drive (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Criminal trespass from the 100 block of Bass Lane (residence, home), Shelby.

-Damage to property from the 100 block of Lodge Drive (residence, home), Montevallo.

-Domestic violence – harassment from the 300 block of Depot Street (highway, street), Montevallo.

-Theft of property – shoplifting from the 500 block of Chelsea Crossroads (supermarket), Chelsea. Stolen were various health and beauty care items and various food and meat items.

-Burglary and theft from the 10000 block of Highway 42 (residence, home), Shelby. Stolen was an Apple Mac Book valued at $1,200.
