The Shelby County High School wrestling team fell to Pell City 57-24 in a high school wrestling match Dec. 6.

Four Wildcats won individual matches against Pell City.

Noah Dorough of Shelby County pinned Ryker McKee of Pell City in 1:40 in the 106-pound match. Chase Weeks of Shelby County pinned David Robinson of Pell City in 4:27 in the 152-pound match.

Aaron Stagner an Nick Horton of Shelby County won matches by forfeit.

The Wildcats also fell to Leeds 57-12 in a match. Two Shelby County wrestlers won individual matches against Leeds.

Austin Poe of Shelby County pinned Drake Schofield of Leeds in 30 seconds in the 145-pound match. Clint Davis of Shelby County won his match by forfeit.
