The Oak Mountain High School wrestling team won two of three matches in high school wrestling action Dec. 8.

The Eagles defeated host St. Clair County 78-6 in a match. Thirteen Oak Mountain wrestlers won individual matches against St. Clair County.

Trigg Langner, Bronson Lubresky, Justin Dahl, Jared Godfrey, Stephen Chandler, Lee Panther, Jacob Darty, Karki Sunil, Vincent Kimbrough, Evan Webb, Sam Hix, Christopher Richmond and Billy Dasher.

Oak Mountain topped Susan Moore 53-24. Eleven Eagles won individual matches against Susan Moore, including Simon Loubser, Dahl, Godfrey, Chandler, Panter, Darty, Sunil, Kimbrough, Webb, Justin Woodall, Richmond and Dasher.

The Eagles fell to Piedmont 46-33. Six Oak Mountain wrestlers won individual matches against Piedmont, including Langner, Chandler, Panter, Kimbrough, RIchmond and Dasher.
