The Indian Springs School boys’ basketball team defeated Whitesburg Academy 63-55 in high school basketball action Dec. 17.

Kenechi Ijemere and Stephen Himic led Indian Springs with 18 points each in the victory.

Ijemere grabbed a team-high 10 rebounds, while Himic pulled down six boards in the win.

GIRLS

The Indian Springs School girls’ basketball team defeated Whitesburg Academy 35-18 in high school basketball action Dec. 17.

Ambria Hardy led Indian Springs with 14 points in the victory.

Paula Simonetti added 10 points.
