Briarwood Christian falls to Oxford in tournament

The Briarwood Christian School boys’ basketball team fell to Oxford 60-44 in its opening game of the Intelligent Parking Systems Invitational tournament Dec. 29 in Alabaster.

Jason Laatsch led the Lions with 17 points.

Canon Smith and Devin Bowman added 10 points each.
