The Cornerstone Christian School boys’ basketball team fell to Lyman Ward Military Academy 44-42 in an Alabama Independent Schools Association Class 1A,  Area 1 contest Jan. 3.

Auston Wingard led the Chargers (7-4 overall, 0-1 in Class 1A, Area 1) with 15 points.
