-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Municipal Park (parking lot, garage). Confiscated was a homemade Mountain Dew bottle bong used to smoke marijuana with a metal socket containing marijuana residue valued at $1.

-Minor in consumption and unlawful possession of marijuana from Municipal Park (parking lot, garage). Recovered was a cellophane baggie containing 1.5 grams of a green leafy substance.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 1000 block of First Street North (other, unknown). Confiscated was crystal methamphetamine valued at $50.

-Criminal mischief from the 150 block of Morning Mist Trial (highway, street). Damaged was a Lifetime portable basketball goal valued at $350.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 100 block of Grande Club Drive (residence, home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 100 block of Windsor Court (residence, home). Stolen was a silver ladies’ wallet valued at $20, $150 in cash, a Visa Alabama Telco card, a Capital One Mastercard, an Amazon Visa card, a Wells Fargo debit card and damaged were two tires in the amount of $500.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 300 block of Sweet Leaf Drive (residence, home). Stolen was a Benelli M4 12-gauge shotgun valued at $1,100.

-Assault and disorderly conduct from the 200 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (restaurant).

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Redwood Drive (residence, home). Stolen were candy cane Christmas ornaments valued at $125.

-Domestic dispute from the 1300 block of Willow Creek Place (residence, home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the 1000 block of Windsor Court (parking lot, garage). Stolen were a Sony Explosion CD player valued at $279, a Panasonic 9-inch screen valued at $399, and damaged were a passenger side lock in the amount of $350 and a steering column in the amount of $100.

-Damage to property from the 1800 block of Woodbrook Circle (residence, home). Damaged was a Nissan Pathfinder in the amount of $2,500.

-Criminal mischief and theft of property from the 100 block of Kentwood Terrace (residence, home). Damaged was a large fiberglass toy soldier decoration in the amount of $150 and stolen were two plastic gold bell decorations valued at $20 and a metal crook style flag holder valued at $20.

-Damage to property from the 1100 block of Kent Dairy Road (highway, street). Damaged was a Ford Focus in the amount of $1,500.

-Recovered dog from Veterans Park (parking lot, garage). Recovered was a brown and black shelty dog.

-Theft of property from South Colonial Drive (specialty store). Stolen was a Droid X valued at $200 and a black generic cell phone valued at $25.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of First Street Southwest (specialty store). Recovered was an unknown make plastic necklace valued at 99 cents.

-Theft of property and criminal trespass from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen and recovered were two bags of dog food valued at $43.56.

-Information from the Target in the South Colonial Promenade (commercial).

-Domestic incident from the 700 block of Fourth Place Southwest (residence, home).

-Found property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Recovered was an elite paycheck plus prepaid debit card.

-Damage to property from the 100 block of Butler Road (highway, street). Damaged was the front end of a vehicle in the amount of $700.

-Theft of property from the 3500 block of Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Stolen and recovered were Little Debbie Nutty Buddy bars valued at $1.36, almonds valued at $3.26 and Pringles Stix jalapenos flavored valued at $2,87.

-Disorderly conduct and harassment from the 200 block of Summerbrook Lane (residence, home).

-Damage to property from the 200 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a back bumper.

-Theft of property and domestic incident from the 100 block of Eighth Street Southwest (residence, home). Stolen was a gold wedding band with six-eight inlaid diamonds valued at $1,500, a diamond cluster ring with a gold setting valued at $2,500, an antique amethyst ring with two diamonds valued at $1,000, a garnet ring with a diamond valued at $500 and a gold baby ring valued at $100.

-Theft of property and unlawful possession of marijuana from 250 South Colonial Drive (department store). Stolen and recovered were eight ink cartridges valued at $116.72, an ink cartridge valued at $53.98 and a pair of dress shoes valued at $34.99. Confiscated was a marijuana roach valued at $5.

-Information only from the 800 block of Ninth Street Northwest (parking lot, garage). Recovered were two pieces of paper printed to look like $100 bills.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 1000 block of First North (parking lot, garage). Confiscated were methamphetamine valued at $20, a snorting straw and a needle cap.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Second Street Southwest (department store). Stolen and recovered were a brown wallet valued at $100, a BB&T debit card valued at $425, an Alabama driver’s license valued at $50 and three Social Security cards valued at $45.

-Information from the 500 block of Buck Creek Lane (residence, home). Recovered was a gray male tabby cat.

-Damage to property from state highway 119 at Mountain Lake Parkway (highway, street). Damaged was a 2003 Mitsubishi Outlander.

-Criminal mischief from the 4700 block of Highway 17 (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a rear rubber brake line for a 1991 Toyota pickup in the amount of $20.
