The Evangel Christian School girls’ basketball team won its 10th straight game Jan. 21, defeating Georgia/Alabama Christian 54-19 in Phenix City.

The Lightning improved to 11-1 on the season, including an 8-0 record in Alabama Christian Sports Conference play.

Rainey Ketcham paced Evangel Christian with 20 points, 12 rebounds, four assists and four steals.

Lacey Entrekin had 13 points, grabbed 12 rebounds and had six steals.  Bethany Letson added eight points and Whitney Thorpe eight rebounds for the Lightning.
