Timothy Marlon Waldner, age 53, of Alabaster passed away after a long illness on Friday, Feb. 10, 2012. He is survived by his parents, Dr. and Mrs. Joseph (Helen) Waldner of Alabaster; brothers, Joe Waldner (Marie) of Bessemer and James Wier (Janet) of Warrior; sisters, Betty Burrell of Leeds and Debbie Smith (Vic) of Alabaster; nieces, Cindy Roden, Sonia Bierod, Jennifer Shelton, Caitlyn Smith and Sara Grace Smith; nephews, T.J. Burrell and Brodie Shelton.

Visitation was at Ridout’s Elmwood Chapel on Monday, Feb. 13 at noon with funeral at 1 p.m. Burial followed at Elmwood Cemetery. The family would like to extend their appreciation to the doctors and nurses at U.A.B. for their kindness and excellent care they gave Timothy throughout his illness. Also, the family expresses their gratitude to the Alabaster Fire Department for their help and compassion over the past three years.
