-Theft of property from the 200 block of Kentwood Drive (residence, home). Stolen were five USAA Federal Saving Bank checks.

-Theft of property from the 1500 block of Simmsville Road (service, gas station). Stolen were a bottle of STP gas treatment valued at $4.59 and a pint of chocolate milk valued at $1.69.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication from the 200 block of Seventh Avenue Southeast (highway, street).

-Theft of property from the 1800 block of Fulton Springs Road (residence, home). Stolen was a 1969 Teisco Del Rey guitar valued at $400.

-Theft of property from the 7800 block of Highway 119 (specialty store). Stolen were two DVDs valued at $49.98 and recovered was a DVD valued at $29.99.

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence – menacing from the 900 block of Falling Star Lane (residence, home).

-Identity theft from the 1300 block of Camp Branch Circle (other, unknown).

-Information only from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade suite 3000 (specialty store).

-Damage to property from an unknown location on First Avenue West (highway, street). Damaged was a 2007 Mazda CX-9 touring in the amount of $700.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of prescription medication from U.S. Highway 31 at Old Highway 31 (highway, street). Confiscated were marijuana valued at $5, a marijuana pipe valued at $5, tramadol valued at $15 and buspirone valued at $10.

-Harassment from the 100 block of Kentwood Way (residence, home).

Feb. 2

-Theft of property from the 200 block of South Colonial (specialty store). Stolen was assorted merchandise valued at $203.49.

-Theft of property from 250 South Colonial (department store). Stolen and recovered were a blue toy truck valued at $4.49 and a DS video game valued at $19.99.

-Information only from the 100 block of Scarlet Oak Drive (residence, home).

-Information only from the 1500 block of Simmsville Road (convenience store).

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of prescription medication from the 400 block of County Road 11 (highway, street). Recovered were oxycodone and phenergan.

-Harassing communications from the 200 block of Forest Hills Circle (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store). Stolen were a Kobalt full size black tool box valued at $298, a Dyson DC25 vacuum valued at $499.99, a Dyson DC25 vacuum valued at $999.98, a Kobalt full-size tool box valued at $298 and U-Post steel valued at $109.

-Domestic violence investigation and harassment from the 100 block of Jefferson Lane (residence, home).

-Damage to property from Interstate 65 North at the 237 mile marker (highway, street). Damaged was a front bumper, grill and radiator in the amount of $1,500.

Feb. 3

-Unlawful possession of marijuana second degree, possession of drug paraphernalia from the 100 block of Lighthouse Street (highway, street). Confiscated were a plastic bag containing a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana, a glass devil-shaped pipe used for smoking marijuana and a plastic pill bottle containing a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana.

-Discharging a firearm from Smokey Road (highway, street).

Stolen were a stereo valued at $100, an air compressor valued at $200, three non-working .22-caliber rifles, a hand truck valued at $130, fishing gear and about 20 old fishing rods valued at $100 and 30 or 40 vinyl records.

-Information from the 200 block of Mountain Lake Trail (residence, home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and criminal mischief from the 700 block of Fulton Springs Road (storage facility). Damaged were a 1993 Ford Ranger in the amount of $200, a 1997 Toyota Camry in the amount of $200, a 2000 Dodge Dakota in the amount of $200 and a 2002 Ford F-150 in the amount of $200.

-Illegal possession or fraudulent use of a credit card from Chandler, Ariz. (other, unknown).

-Violation of protection order from the 100 block of Henry Drive (residence, home).

-Domestic violence investigation and harassment from the 1000 block of Henry Drive (residence, home).

-Theft of property and unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 700 block of Fulton Springs Road (storage facility). Stolen was a 1989 Chevrolet 1500 pickup valued at $3,000.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Second Street Southwest (specialty store). Confiscated was a small black pipe believed to be used to smoke marijuana.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Southgate Drive (restaurant). Damaged was a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado.
