Lions end season with loss to Valley

The Briarwood Christian School girls’ basketball team ended its season with a 64-53 loss on the road at Valley in an Alabama High School Athletic Association Class 5A sub-region contest Feb. 16.

Abbie Cutcliffe led the Lions (21-7) with 26 points in the sub-region loss.

Cara Medders added nine points.
