Eagles fall to Sumter Central in sub-region contest

The Calera High School girls’ basketball team ended its season with a 34-16 loss to Sumter Central in an Alabama High School Athletic Association Class 4A sub-region contest Feb. 16.
Perri Duncan and A’Kia Harris led the Eagles (11-14) with five points each in the sub-region loss.
