The Spain Park High School girls’ tennis team fell to Vestavia Hills 9-0 in high school tennis action Feb. 16.

Olivia Cissell of Spain Park fell to Mary Coleman Allen of Vestavia Hills 10-1 in the No. 1 singles’ match. Lauren Schroeder of Spain Park fell to Avery King of Vestavia Hills 10-1 in the No. 2 singles’ match.

Lulu Zhang of Spain Park fell to Emily Crawford of Vestavia Hills 10-0 in the No. 3 singles’ match. Madison Luther of Spain Park fell to Hannah Shunnarah of Vestavia Hills 10-6 in the No. 4 singles’ match.

Tierney Sovic of Spain Park fell to Hallie Nelson of Vestavia Hills 10-1 in the No. 5 singles’ match. Robyn Mitchell of Spain Park fell to Kristen Romano of Vestavia Hills 10-0 in the No. 6 singles’ match.

Cissell and Schroeder fell to Coleman and King 10-2 in the No. 1 doubles’ match. Luther and Sovic fell to Crawford and Shunnarah 10-4 in the No. 2 doubles’ match.

Zhang and Kensley Yarbrough of Spain Park fell to Hallie Nelson and Hannah Nelson of Vestavia Hills 10-2 in the No. 3 doubles’ match.
