Police reports for the week of Feb. 29, 2012

The following are incident and offense reports from municipal police departments from Feb. 4-21:

 

Alabaster

 

Feb. 10

-Criminal mischief from the 1500 block of Kent Dairy Road (school, college). Damaged were three toilet roll dispensers valued at $158.10, two paper towel dispensers valued at $70, four rolls of toilet paper valued at $8, one roll of paper towels valued at $7.

-Reckless endangerment from County Road 26 West and County Road 263 (highway, street).

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from County Road 68 at County Road 11 (parking lot, garage). Recovered was a pill believed to be oxycontin and a white substance believed to be cocaine.

-Unlawful distribution of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 1300 block of Royalty Drive (school, college). Confiscated were 16 Alprazolam 2mg pills.

-Open door from the 1300 block of Royalty Drive (school, college).

 

Feb. 11

-Trespass warning from Veteran’s Park (other, unknown).

-Animal complaint from the 7300 block of Highway 119 (other, unknown). Reported was a large white pitbull and a small brown terrier.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from the 1400 block of Applegate Drive (residence, home). Stolen were $149.99 in funds fraudulently withdrawn from a Wells Fargo bank account.

-Animal complaint from the 600 block of Barkley Circle (residence, home). Reported was a large white and gray American bulldog.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 100 block of Seventh Place Southeast (highway, street). Confiscated were marijuana and a marijuana pipe.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Highway 17 at Maylene Lane (parking lot, garage). Recovered were a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana and a pipe believed to be used to smoke marijuana.
