Feb. 25

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence – harassment from the Alabaster Garden Apartments (restaurant).

-Driving under the influence of alcohol and unlawful possession of marijuana from County Road 95 at Alabaster Baptist Church (highway, street). Confiscated was marijuana valued at $1 and a marijuana pipe valued at $5.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 600 block of Treymoor Lake Circle (residence, home).

-Trespassing and criminal mischief from the 1200 block of Windsor Court (residence, home). Damaged was a door frame in the amount of $100.

-Damage to property from the 300 block of Forest Hills Lane (highway, street). Damaged was a driver side rear bumper in the amount of $500 and a driver side rear quarter panel in the amount of $100.

-Possession of prescription medication from 11th Avenue Southeast and 12th Avenue Southeast (highway, street). Recovered was lortab.

-Found property from the 400 block of Highway 119. Recovered was an Alabama driver’s license.

-Open door from the 100 block of Air Park Industrial (construction).

-Damage to property from the Amstar parking lot (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 1999 Chrysler LHS in the amount of $500.

-Damage to property from the Amstar parking lot (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2007 Toyota Corolla in the amount of $500.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 100 block of Cohill Drive (highway, street). Confiscated was crack cocaine.

-Domestic incident from Shelby Baptist Medical Center (residence, home).

-Domestic incident from the 300 block of Fifth Avenue Southeast (residence, home).

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Maple Street (residence, home). Damaged were a double pane window in the amount of $900, an antique Aladdin lamp in the amount of $200, an antique clock in the amount of $100 and a hummingbird statue in the amount of $100.

Feb. 26

-Criminal mischief from the 200 block of Kentwood Drive (residence, home). Damaged was a double-pane storm window in the amount of $250 and a wooden dining room table in the amount of $50.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substances and driving under the influence of a controlled substance from the 200 block of First Street North (parking lot, garage). Confiscated was amphetamine valued at $10.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 200 block of First Street North (parking lot, garage). Confiscated were six needles and syringes valued at $5.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 200 block of Simmsville Road (highway, street). Confiscated was hydrocodone.

-Domestic incident from the 1700 block of Woodbrook apartments (residence, home).
