March 7

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 119 at CVS (parking lot, garage).

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Highway 119 at CVS (highway, street). Confiscated was crack cocaine valued at $30.

-Information only from the 100 block of Glen Abbey Lane (other, unknown). Stolen was a bank transfer valued at $2,200.

-Theft of property third degree from the 3000 block of Highway 31 South (supermarket). Stolen were a red billfold valued at $40, eight credit cards, $100 in U.S. currency, four gift cards valued at $125, an Alabama driver’s license valued at $50 and a Midstone Credit Union debit card.

-Theft of property from the 1400 block of First Street North (commercial) Stolen were a Garmin GPS Nuvi valued at $250 and an AM-FM transmitter for an iPod valued at $30.

-Theft of property and criminal mischief from the 100 block of Maylene Lane (storage facility). Stolen were approximately 150 feet of assorted copper tubing and wiring valued at $1,000, assorted lengths of steel corrugated roofing valued at $1,000, a Hibachi grill valued at $25, two tow chains valued at $40, a Compaq computer valued at $50, a Stamina star stepper valued at $75 and a hand truck valued at $40.

-Damage to property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2001 Ford Ranger in the amount of $1,000.

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence – harassment from the 100 block of Grande Club Drive (residence, home).

-Information only from the 7800 block of Highway 119 (highway, street). Recovered was a Kawasaki motorcycle.

-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Grande Club Drive (residence, home).

-Runaway juvenile and domestic dispute from the 500 block of Treymoor Lake Circle (residence, home).

March 8

-Found property from the 9200 block of Highway 119 (supermarket). Recovered were Bose AE2 headphones, a Wounded Warrior Project cup, an Lenox angel ornament and two music CDs.

-Cruelty to animals from the 200 block of Second Place Southwest (residence, home).

-Damage to property from Interstate 65 northbound south of exit 238 (highway, street).

-Information only from the 500 block of Treymoor Lake Circle (residence, home).

-Identity theft from the 3000 block of Pelham Parkway (bank).

-Damage to property from 1000 First Street North (other, unknown). Damaged was a right rear bumper in the amount of $500.

-Damage to property from the 100 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a passenger side front door in the amount of $746.78.

-Theft of services from the 100 block of Second Avenue Northeast (other, unknown).

-Harassing communications from the 1400 block of Crosspath Drive (residence, home).

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence – harassment from the 700 block of Windsor Court (residence, home).

-Unlawful possession of a forged instrument and theft of property third degree from the 800 block of Old Highway 31 (residence, home). Stolen were two checks drawn on Compass Bank.
