Raleigh Lawrence West Jr., age 50, of Clanton passed away Friday, March 16, 2012. He was born March 30, 1961 to Raleigh and Margie West of Pelham. He is survived by his loving wife of 18 years, Debra West; son, Paul Scruggs Jr. (Carrie); daughters, Carmen West and Ashley Martin (Keith); sister, Sharon Sellers (Jackie); grandfather, Richard Demming; grandchildren, Lisa Scruggs, Adrin West, Allee Martin and Sienna Scruggs; niece, Brittany Sellers; nephew, Brandon Sellers; and a host of other family members and friends. A memorial service was Sunday, March 18, 2012 at 2:pm at the Hickory Hills Church in Alabaster. Brother Andy Cummins officiated.
