-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Highway 119 at CVS (highway, street). Confiscated was a cellophane bag containing 2.4 grams of marijuana.

-Assault from Old Highway 31 (residence, home). Damaged were glasses in the amount of $500.

-Domestic incident from the Lowe’s parking lot (parking lot, garage).

-Theft from the 600 block of First Street Southwest (restaurant). Stolen was $1,072 in U.S. currency and recovered was $458 in U.S. currency.

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence – assault from the 1000 block of Windsor Court (residence, home).

-Runaway juvenile from the 300 block of Willow Glen Court (residence, home).

-Property damage from 201 First St. N. (government, public building). Damaged was a 2008 Ford Crown Victoria in the amount of $25.

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store). Stolen was an iPhone 4S valued at $650.

-Receiving stolen property from 300 Colonial Promenade Parkway suite 300 (department store). Stolen and recovered were hair products from Sally’s Beauty Company valued at $57.57, clothing items from Old Navy valued at $212.58, clothing items from Belk valued at $591.84 and clothing items from JC Penny valued at $342.

-Information only from 630 Colonial Promenade Parkway (other, unknown).

-Found property from the 700 block of Sixth Avenue Southwest (other, unknown). Recovered was an Alabama driver’s license valued at $25.

-Theft of property – shoplifting from 630 Colonial Promenade Parkway (other, unknown). Stolen and recovered were hair rollers valued at $11.97, AA batteries valued at $10.97, birthday cards valued at $9.14, lip glosses valued at $17.88 and mouthwash valued at 97 cents.

Stolen and recovered were a 26HP Kohner V-twin zero-turn mower valued at $3,199, a Hydro John Deere riding lawn mower valued at $1,899, a Dewalt quarter-inch circular saw valued at $159. a Husqvarna rear tint tiller valued at $799, a Werner aluminum folding ramp valued at $158 and a John Deere deluxe tractor cover valued at $84.97.

-Unlawful possession of prescription medication from Highway 31 at Colonial Promenade Parkway (highway, street). Confiscated was a hydrocodone pill.

-Criminal possession of a forged instrument and theft of property from the 630 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (bank). Forged were two Wood Forest National Bank money orders valued at $850 each.

-Theft and criminal trespass from the 800 block of Colonial Drive (residence, home). Stolen were a roll air compressor valued at $800, two Hitachi 16 nail guns valued at $500, a Makita circular saw valued at $130, a Dewalt circular saw valued at $130, a Makita double barrel miter saw valued at $600, two Hitachi trim guns valued at $250 and a Milwaukee reciprocating saws valued at $250.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of prescription medication from the 200 block of First Street North (parking lot, garage). Confiscated were soma valued at $5 and gabapentin pills valued at $10.

-Theft of property from the 1400 block of Willow Creek Parkway (residence, home). Stolen were a gold ring valued at $100, a gold ring with JCJ inscribed valued at $50 and a Graybar ring with Graybar Electric emblem valued at $100.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from 11th Avenue Southeast (highway, street). Confiscated was a crack rock valued at $10 and a glass crack pipe valued at $1.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana from Highway 31 at Interstate 65 (highway, street). Confiscated were two yellow oval shaped pills, a cellophane bag containing a white powder substance believed to be heroin and a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana.

-Domestic incident from the 1800 block of Woodbrook Trail (residence, home).

-Criminal trespass and criminal mischief from the 200 block of Kentwood Drive (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Summerbrook Lane (residence, home). Stolen were five 18-inch gold chain necklaces valued at $800, a pair of teardrop pearl earrings valued at $600, an 18-inch thick herringbone gold necklace valued at $900 and a pair of diamond stud earrings valued at $11,000.

-Open door from the 200 block of Forest Hill Circle.

-Open door from 1332 Willow Creek Place (residence, home).

-Damage to property from the 100 block of Allen Drive (church). Damaged was a right rear fender in the amount of $200 and a right rear door in the amount of $200.

-Property damage and theft of property from the 1500 block of Kent Dairy Road (residence, home). Stolen were four light truck tires valued at $520, a basketball goal valued at $150 and damaged were storm windows, interior door, walls and tile in a mobile home in the amount of $1,000.

-Information only from U.S. Highway 31 South at County Road 263 (highway, street). Recovered was a Taurus PT111 9-millimeter handgun valued at $250.

-Found property from the 700 block of Highway 31 (supermarket). Recovered were a purple purse, a Regions check book, two Regions credit cards and one American Express cards, $3.86 in coins, a Social Security card, an Alabama driver’s license and a makeup case and a set of keys.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Old 31 at Fulton Springs Road (highway, street). Confiscated was marijuana valued at $5.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 10000 block of Highway 119 (highway, street). Confiscated were 44.9 grams of marijuana valued at $50.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Highway 119 North at Burger King (highway, street). Confiscated were 2.27 grams of marijuana valued at $5.

Stolen and recovered were two comp gloves valued at $16, three pairs of shorts valued at $39, move free UL and knee strap valued at $25, white thpst valued at $4, BB blem stick valued at $8, acne treat valued at $10 and birthday card valued at $7.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property II from the 9300 block of Alabama 25 (parking lot/garage). Damaged was a white Nissan Maxima in the amount of $99. Stolen were debit card valued at $0, ATM card valued at $0 and black purse valued at $99.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from I-65 South at County Road 52 (highway, street). Confiscated was a small plastic bag containing approximately 2 grams of marijuana valued at $10.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana from 2296 Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage). Confiscated were hydrocodone pills, a multi-color glass pipe with burnt marijuana residue and approximately .2 grams of marijuana including a roach.

-Theft of property from the Walmart at 2181 Pelham Parkway (specialty store). Stolen were two Offray brand decorative ribbon spools valued at $5, Covergirl brand makeup foundation valued at $13 and Happy Booster brand make-up face powder valued at $13.

-Domestic violence from the 4000 block of Saddle Run Circle (residence, home).

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana from Highway 31 North at County Road 52 (highway, street). Confiscated were two blue round morphine pills valued at $25, eight round yellow clonazepam pills valued at $20, three-and-a-half round white carisoprodol pills valued at $15, a rectangle white methadone pill valued at $20, a green rectangle alprazolam pill valued at $15 and a red and white capsule lyrica valued at $15.

-Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from 2143 Pelham Parkway (bank). Stolen was a Wells Fargo debit card valued at $680.

-Property damage – vehicle from Margarita Grill at 234 Cahaba Valley Road (parking lot, garage). Damaged were the right rear fender and tail light on a 1998 Lexus ES300 in the amount of $1,000.

 

March 24

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Oak Mountain Lodge (hotel, motel). Confiscated were two plastic containers containing suspected marijuana valued at $15 and a plastic bag containing suspected marijuana valued at $20.

-Criminal trespass from the 100 block of Oliver Street (residence, home).

-Harassment from 101 Southgate Drive (restaurant).

-Death investigation – non-hospice from Deer Springs Circle (residence, home).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Highway 31 South at Chandalar Drive (highway, street). Confiscated was a small bud of suspected marijuana valued at $10.
