March 26

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (restaurant). Stolen was $345.12 in U.S. currency.

March 27

-Damage to property from address unlisted (highway, street). Damaged were a front right fender in the amount of $500 and a tire rim in the amount of $100.

-Damage to property from Interstate 65 at the 240 mile marker (highway, street). Damaged were the front bumper, grill and radiator of a Hyundai Elantra in the amount of $1,000.

-Identity theft from address unlisted (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 7800 block of Highway 17 (residence, home). Stolen was an Alabama license plate valued at $30.

-Domestic violence from the 1500 block of Mission Hills Road (residence, home).

-Information only from the 3000 block of Highway 31 South (convenience store).

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence – harassment from the 500 block of Warrior Drive (parking lot, garage).

-Attempt to commit a controlled substance crime from the 9300 block of Highway 119 (drug store). Recovered was a prescription from the Montgomery Rehabilitation Clinic.

-Attempt to commit a controlled substance crime from the 300 block of First Street (drug store). Confiscated was a prescription from Kirklin Clinic.

-Obstructing justice by using a false identity and driving under the influence from First Street Southwest and First Avenue West (highway, street).

-Domestic incident from the 700 block of Fourth Place Southwest (residence, home).

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from First Avenue West at Alabaster Tire (highway, street). Confiscated were two hypodermic syringes valued at $5.

-Criminal mischief from Mount Olive Road (restaurant). Damaged was a storm door panel in the amount of $50.

 

March 28

-Theft of property from the 2100 block of Diane Circle (residence, home). Stolen were coins valued at $26, a DeWalt miter saw valued at $300 and a Playstation portable game system valued at $250.

-Animal complaint from the 100 block of Widgeon Drive (residence, home). Reported was a small brown dog.

-Theft of lost property from the First Avenue Quick Stop (service, gas station). Stolen were a black tri-fold wallet with a Wells Fargo Visa debit card, a Social Security card, a shell gas card, a Texaco card, $100 in U.S. currency, 10 playing cards, pictures, an insurance card, a dental card and a State Farm insurance card valued at $120.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 1100 block of First Street South (highway, street). Confiscated were marijuana and a socket used for smoking marijuana.

-Information only – civil matter from the 600 block of 13th Avenue Southwest (residence, home).

-Theft of lost property from the Olive Garden on South Colonial Drive (restaurant). Stolen was an iPhone 4S valued at $300.

-Assault from the 100 block of 11th Avenue Southeast (residence, home).

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Cohill Drive (highway, street). Confiscated was a crack cocaine rock valued at $170.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 700 block of Waterford Lane (residence/home). Stolen were Springfield semi-auto pistol valued at $600 and man’s wallet containing id and credit cards valued at $40.

-Theft of property II from Waterford Club Drive (other/unknown). Stolen was a Basshunter bass boat valued at $600.

Recovered were leather gloves valued at $1, 600-thread count sheets valued at $49, two PC dryers valued at $109.94, Ninja Pulse valued at $68, SNS starter valued at $7.98, four Mr. Clean valued at $11.88 and two Air Effects valued at $5.94.

-Theft of property II from unknown location in Calera (other/unknown). Stolen was $675 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property II from the 4600 block of U.S. 31 (dept. store). Stolen were Medicaid valued at $0, Social Security card valued at $0, Regions debit card valued at $0, $90 in U.S. currency and black Channel purse

valued at $25.

-Property damage from Sonic at 3545 Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage). Damaged was an EZ 4040 pressure washer in the amount of $3,000.

-Found property from the 3000 block of Pelham Parkway (highway, street). Recovered were an Alabama driver’s license and a Capital One platinum Mastercard.

-Property damage – vehicle from the Walmart Supercenter at 2181 Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage). Damaged was the rear bumper of a 2000 Honda Accord in the amount of $500.

-Miscellaneous information from an unknown location in California (commercial).

-Suicide attempt from Silverleaf Drive (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 400 block of Cambrian Ridge Trail (residence, home). Stolen was a Net Gear brand cable router valued at $65.

-Recovery of stolen property from the 600 block of Crosscreek Trail (residence, home). Recovered was a 2003 Suzuki SV6 silver motorcycle.

-Theft of property from the Walmart at 2181 Pelham Parkway (department store). Stolen were seven compact discs valued at $77 and 10 DVD and Blu Ray discs valued at $200.

-Property damage – vehicle from the Belle Vista mobile home park (highway, street). Damaged was the rear driver-side window of a Chevrolet Tahoe in the amount of $400.

-Burglary from the 500 block of Walker Road (residence, home). Stolen was a 46-inch RCA television valued at $600 and stolen and recovered was a 32-inch Samsung television valued at $350.

-Theft of property from the Walmart Supercenter at 2181 Pelham Parkway (other, unknown). Stolen were a Wave broad hair brush valued at $3, a Wave builder ripple cream hair wax valued at $4, two Degree deodorants valued at $8, a Minute Maid drink valued at $2, a Fanta drink valued at $2 and pre-cooked popcorn chicken valued at $3.

-Public intoxication from the parking lot of Travel Lodge (parking lot, garage).

-Property damage – vehicle from Pelham Parkway at Court Place (highway, street). Damaged was a windshield in the amount of $100.

Sotlen were assorted DVDs valued at $108, assorted Blu Ray discs valued at $83, assorted Wii games valued at $40, Xbox 360 accessory packs valued at $130, Xbox 360 accessory packs valued at $100 and Wii game controllers valued at $120.

Unauthorized use of a vehicle from the Walgreens pharmacy at 9458 Helena Road (parking lot, garage). Reported was a 2006 Dodge Stratus.

-Unexplained lost property from the entrance to Oak Mountain State Park (highway, street). Reported was $345 in U.S. currency, a debit card valued at $1, a leather wallet valued at $1 and an Alabama driver’s license and Social Security card valued at $1.

-Outside agency assist – law enforcement from 2500 Highway 52 East (service, gas station).

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana from 2500 Highway 52 East (service, gas station). Confiscated were 49 round blue alprazolam pills valued at $15, a small knotted bag of suspected heroin valued at $40, two medium size bags filled with suspected marijuana valued at $250, a small bag filled with suspected marijuana valued at $110, a black digital pocket scale valued at $17, a pink make-up bag valued at $10 and a flower print make-up bag valued at $10.

-Property damage – non-criminal from Deer Springs Grocery at 3670 Highway 11 (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a passenger side rear quarter panel in the amount of $500.

-Theft of property from 2181 Pelham Parkway (department store). Stolen were a Jason Aldean CD valued at $12, an Adele Cd valued at $12, a Mercenary DVD valued at $15, a Dragon DVD valued at $20, an Immortal DVD valued at $20 and a Paranormal DVD set valued at $25.

-Property damage from the 100 block of Stonehaven Trail (residence, home). Damaged were a metal mailbox in the amount of $50 and a wooden mailbox post in the amount of $50.

 

March 31

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of a controlled substance from 715 Cahaba Valley Road (convenience store). Confiscated were a suspected crack rock valued at $20, three glass pipes with burned ends valued at $5 and a Sunkist aluminum can with suspected crack cocaine residue valued at $1.

-Miscellaneous information from an unknown location (other, unknown). Stolen was a Wells Fargo debit card valued at $316.
