Hilma Ahlene Walton, age 88, a resident of Columbiana, died on Monday, May 21, 2012. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at Union United Methodist Church with Rev. Jimmy Aycock and Rev. John Hill officiating. Bolton Funeral Home of Columbiana is directing. Burial will follow at Union Cemetery. Visitation is one hour prior to the service at the church.

Mrs. Walton is preceded in death by her son, Dennis Walton; granddaughter, Laney Redwine; and sisters, Louise Shaw and Nell Shaw. She is survived by her husband of 70 years, Elvis E. Walton; sons, Gary Walton (Lynn) and Ronald E. Walton (Sue); granddaughters, Kacey Moore and Kara Walton; great-granddaughters, Reagan Redwine and Lyla Grace Moore; and numerous other family and friends.
